バレエ・ダンス・演劇などの自分の身体を使って作品をつくる。音楽、絵画など身体を使って作品をつくる。
『自分の身体』を自在に動かすには、その動く自分の呼吸をみつめ、自身の身体をもっと深く感じ、ていねいに扱っていくことが必要です。
そんな自分だけの身体に出会うためのワークショップを開催いたします。
経験など問いません。身体に興味を持つかたなら、舞台活動だけでなくクリエイティブな活動されてるかたもぜひお越しください。自分自身の身体と、わたしをとりまく空間を感じる、そんな自分自身を自由に使えるからだを一緒に勉強しましょう。

オリジナルのパフォーマンス作品を作りながら呼吸と身体の関係性より自らを再構築するメソッドをつくりあげる。
