写真ニュースより→ 礎の石フィリピン孤児院の子どもたちは全員無事に進級することが出来ました。
その中で、スアワン孤児院の高校二年生のマイリンは学年で二位、クラスで一位の優秀な生徒として表彰されました。
ダバオ孤児院のジェニーは先日行われた校内のクラス対抗理解力コンテストでチャンピオンになり、金メダルをもらい、
学校対抗のコンテストでは二位を獲得しました。主の御名をあがめます。

ところが、復活があることを否定するサドカイ人のある者たちが、イエスのところに来て、質問して、こう言った。「先生。モーセは私たちのためにこう書いています。『もし、ある人の兄が妻をめとって死に、しかも子がなかった場合は、その弟はその女を妻にして、兄のための子をもうけなければならない。』
ところで、七人の兄弟がいました。長男は妻をめとりましたが、子どもがなくて死にました。次男も、三男もその女をめとり、七人とも同じようにして、子どもを残さずに死にました。あとで、その女も死にました。すると復活の際、その女はだれの妻になるでしょうか。七人ともその女を妻としたのですが。」
イエスは彼らに言われた。「この世の子らは、めとったり、とついだりするが、次の世に入るのにふさわしく、死人の中から復活するのにふさわしい、と認められる人たちは、めとることも、とつぐこともありません。彼らはもう死ぬことができないからです。彼らは御使いのようであり、また、復活の子として神の子どもだからです。
それに、死人がよみがえることについては、モーセも柴の個所で、主を、『アブラハムの神、イサクの神、ヤコブの神』と呼んで、このことを示しました。神は死んだ者の神ではありません。生きている者の神です。というのは、神に対しては、みなが生きているからです。」
律法学者のうちのある者たちが答えて、「先生。りっぱなお答えです」と言った。彼らはもうそれ以上何も質問する勇気がなかった。
すると、イエスが彼らに言われた。「どうして人々は、キリストをダビデの子と言うのですか。ダビデ自身が詩篇の中でこう言っています。『主は私の主に言われた。「わたしが、あなたの敵をあなたの足台とする時まで、わたしの右の座に着いていなさい。」』こういうわけで、ダビデがキリストを主と呼んでいるのに、どうしてキリストがダビデの子でしょう。」
また、民衆がみな耳を傾けているときに、イエスは弟子たちにこう言われた。「律法学者たちには気をつけなさい。彼らは、長い衣をまとって歩き回ったり、広場であいさつされたりすることが好きで、また会堂の上席や宴会の上座が好きです。また、やもめの家を食いつぶし、見えを飾るために長い祈りをします。こういう人たちは人一倍きびしい罰を受けるのです。」 ルカの福音書２０章２７～４７節
Luke 20:27-47 The Sadducees:What About the Resurrection? Then some of the Sadducees, who deny that there is a resurrection, came to Him and asked Him, saying:“Teacher, Moses wrote to us that if a man's brother dies, having a wife, and he dies without children, his brother should take his wife and raise up offspring for his brother. Now there were seven brothers. And the first took a wife, and died without children. And the second took her as wife, and he died childless. Then the third took her, and in like manner the seven also; and they left no children, and died. Last of all the woman died also. Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife does she become? For all seven had her as wife.” Jesus answered and said to them, “ The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. But even Moses showed in the burning bush passage that the dead are raised, when he called the Lord ‘the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. ’ For He is not the God of the dead but of the living, for all live to Him.” Then some of the scribes answered and said, “Teacher, You have spoken well.” But after that they dared not question Him anymore. Jesus:How Can David Call His Descendant Lord? And He said to them, “ How can they say that the Christ is the Son of David? Now David himself said in the Book of Psalms: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ’ Therefore David calls Him ‘Lord’; how is He then his Son?” Beware of the Scribes Then, in the hearing of all the people, He said to His disciples, “ Beware of the scribes, who desire to go around in long robes, love greetings in the marketplaces, the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts, who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation.”
