病気の動物の治療を何より優先していますが、自己資金では厳しい状況となりました。震災から2年以上が過ぎ、支援してくださる方が減少しています。
できるだけ多くの方々へ知って頂きたく、シェアと拡散をお願いします。
We are and have been prioritizing the treatment of rescued animals with illnesses, but it has become too much to cover by pocket money alone. In addition, now that two years have passed since the disaster, our numbers of supporters have decreased. We hope many will understand this, and ask of you to share and spread awareness of our efforts.
RJAVでは2011年にシェルターをスタートしてから、保護した動物は死亡例2頭のみです。(2013年6月被災猫.7月都内で保護された犬)
動物の病気の予兆をすばやく察知し、初期段階で必要な投薬と治療を行っています。
施設の動物の健康管理をより向上させるため、一口3000円のメディカルサポーターとして継続的に、または余裕のある時のご支援をFBの皆様にお願いします！
Since RJAV set up the shelter in 2011, we have only two animals die: in June 2013, a cat rescued from tsunami-devastated area died from heart attack. In July, a dog rescued from Tokyo panicked from thunder and died in July.
We are proud to say that we pick up early sign of any illness, and always swiftly treat it at an early stage. In order to maintain the health of all the rescued animals in our shelter, please become a continuous medical supporter and donate 3,000 yen at a time, or any time you can.
2013年2月、被災した猫が重体となって、RJAV東京シェルターへ運ばれてきました！
A few weeks ago, RJAV welcomed a rescued cat that was severely ill.
昨年被災した猫を他の施設で捕獲したけれど、一年近くの間にかなり具合が悪くなってしまい死にそうだとRJAVに相談があり、緊急に引き取り治療を続けています。
The cat had originally been rescued by another organization last year, but since then had become dangerously sick, and so we were asked to take charge of it.
到着時、・極度の貧血で耳と口腔内は真っ白・骨と皮の脱水状態で腎不全を疑いました。・血液検査から獣医師の診断では、やはり長期の栄養失調により腎臓が3分の2がこわれている。機能していない。・歯が数本しか残ってません。・低体温症・ケージがかかとに食い込んだ跡があり、毛と肉が無くなって皮膚炎です。・老衰かと思いましたが、まだ8～10才だそうです。（元飼主から聴取）
When the cat arrived at the RJAV shelter it was:・Dangerously anemic, and the ears and inside of the mouth entirely white.・Nothing but skin and bones, with possible kidney failure.・According to blood tests and veterinarian diagnosis, it had lost two thirds of its kidney due to long term nutrient deficiency.・It only had a handful of teeth left.・Suffering from low body temperature.・The heel of its feet bore markings where the cage had bitten into it, and had developed dermatitis on places with no fur or skin.・Still only 8~10 years old, but with the appearance of a very old cat.
RJAVでは、週2回の点滴、隔離して明け方まで強制給仕と25℃の環境を保ち、完全看護を続けていますが、危険な状態を脱しておらず、なんとか生き延びて欲しいです！ Here at RJAV, we are doing our best for this cat by giving it intravenous drip injections twice a week, isolating it from the other cats in a carefully maintained temperature of 25℃, and full attention to nursing it back to health, but it is still is in critical condition, and we really want it to make it through!
その後もケガ、病気、など重症、高齢な犬猫を保護・引き取っており、
医療費が逼迫しています。
