スーパーやドラッグストアで受け取れるのは有り難いが、保管期間を１週間ぐらいに設定して欲しい。
　
コンビニ受け取りだと、保管期間がわずか３日間で延長不可。
しかも、受け取りに必要な認証番号の発行されるのが、荷物がコンビニに納品されて「納品完了通知」が届いた後。
具体的には、保管期間初日の午後2時過ぎ。
なので受け取り希望日時を、保管期間の初日に合わせてしまうと、夕方からしか受け取れない。
　
私はスマホも携帯電話も持っていないため、外出するとこの認証番号を受け取れない。
正午まで待っても着信されないので、サービスセンターに「何時に届くのか」と問い合わせたら、「わからない」と回答。
理由を説明し「身分証では受け取れないか？」と尋ねたら、受け取れないとのこと。
最低限、認証番号や納品完了通知がいつ届くのかぐらいは電話で教えて欲しい。
　
それにクロネコヤマト、指定日の配達に来なかったことが１度ある。

おかげで、日本人の多くが参拝賛成派になったので、よかったかもしれない。
　
昔は、日本人でも参拝反対派が結構いて、靖国神社でイザコザがあったり、
警察が出動したりしていた。
