予防医療へのシフト
現在の日本における医療には、無駄が多い。それで、医療財政が逼迫しているのであるから、健康保険料を支払っている国民はたまったものではない。多分、内科系の部分に無駄が多いだろう。
そして、予防医療へのシフトが望まれる。産業機械において予防メンテナンスと言うことが言われる。機械にトラブルが発生してからの修理には、多くのコストがかかるが、トラブルが発生する前の予防メンテナンスでは、相対的に低コストで済んでしまう。
トラブルが一度発生すれば、二次障害、三次障害が発生する場合があり、修復に多くの時間とコストがかかるという道理である。
医療に於いても同様で、予防に重点をおけば医療費の総額を必ず低く抑える事ができる事は間違いが無い。
第一、医者が医療行為を行えば、無条件にお金を稼ぐ事が出来るというのは、医療の質の低下を招く事に繋がっているだろう。

There is a lot of waste in the medical care of Japan today. Because of this, the medical finances are tight, and it is a hardship for the people who pay health insurance premiums. There is probably a lot of waste in the internal medicine department.
Therefore, a shift to preventive medicine is desirable. There is thought of preventive maintenance in industrial machinery. Repairs after a problem occurs in a machine are very costly, but preventive maintenance before a problem occurs is relatively inexpensive.
This means that once a problem occurs, secondary and tertiary problems may occur, and repairs will take a lot of time and money.
The same is true in healthcare: there is no doubt that total medical costs can be kept low if emphasis is placed on prevention.
First of all, the fact that doctors can unconditionally make money by performing medical procedures is likely to lead to a decline in the quality of medical care.
