Today, I'd like to answer one of the questions our students frequently ask us.
Our students ask us some questions about how to study English, and one of them is "How can I finish the TOEIC test's reading part on time?"
As you probably know that the TOEIC test consists of Listening and Reading sections, and 45 minutes for Listening section and 75 minutes for Reading section.
There are a lot of business-related reading questions such as notices, letters, forms, newspapers, magazine articles, advertisements and so on.
In fact, there are a lot of reading questions, so you have to manage time carefully to finish the Reading section on time.
In order to finish the test on time, I'd like to suggest the time management for the TOEIC reading section like this:
Part 5 (40 Questions): about 17 min (average 25 seconds / 1 Question)
Part 6 (12 Questions): about 8 min (average 40 seconds / 1 Question)
Part 7 (48 Questions): about 50 min (average about 60 seconds / 1 Question)
To finish the test on time, the most important tip is "to read fast!"
To read fast, we need to read English every day!
Let's study English every day and get better results on the TOEIC test!
