先日きたまり&KIKIKIKIKIKIの「マーラー交響曲第7番 夜の歌」公演を観に行きました。
会場は京都にあるアトリエ劇研で、その昔アートズペース無門館という名前でしたが1996年に現在の名前になりました。
この公演は、きたまりさんとゲストの三浦宏之のAプログラムと、KIKIKIKIKIKIメンバーによるBプログラムの2種類のダンスが楽しめるものです。
秋紀はBプログラムのほうを観ました。
初めてKIKIKIKIKIKIのメンバーを見たのですが、失礼を承知でいいますと、全員美人とはほど遠い方ばかりです。体型も痩せ過ぎの人や太り過ぎの人や背が小さい人がいて、ダンサーというイメージの方ではないカンパニーというところにまず衝撃を受けました。そして子供のころから舞踊をやっていたような方々でもないように見えました。しかしバレエ団にいる女性ダンサーですと多くは美人さんが多く美しいと思えるのですが、しかし決して一人一人の個性、キャラクターは目立たなくなってしまいます。ところがKIKIKIKIKIKIは一人一人の存在感が登場しただけではっきりしています。
マーラーの交響曲をどう踊るのかという点がとても興味があったのですが、振りそのものはボキャブラリーが決して豊かというものではありませんでした。しかし全体の構成力というものが強く、新奇な振りがない分、個人のキャラクターが集まって構築していく感じと、女性の中のなにか雰囲気のようなものをそのダンスの中に見ました。
マーラーの交響曲7番はそれまで聴いたことがありませんでした。この日初めて聴くマーラーはとんでもなく難しい音楽でした。メロディが表れては発展するまでには至らず消えて次のメロディが浮かび上がっていく、そのような複雑な音楽で、全てを集中して聴くのを途中で放り出して、私はただただ舞台に見入っていました。
そしてその音楽とともに強力な熱気を出して踊るKIKIKIKIKIKIのラストシーンの踊りは迫力があって少し胸がジーンとなりました。いい踊りでした。
I went to see the "Mahler Symphony No.7, Song of the Night" dance of Kitamari & KIKIKIKIKIKI in the other day.
Venue is the Atelier GEKIKEN in Kyoto. That was named a long time ago Art Space MUMONKAN. But in 1996, it was changed to the current name.
This dance, and Kitamari and her guest Hiroyuki Miura of A program, there is a B program by KIKIKIKIKIKI members, two types of dance can be enjoyed. I wached B program.
I saw for the first time members of KIKIKIKIKIKI, but it is not all beauty. KIKIKIKIKIKI is body type ,lean too much, overweight, small, dancer company. I have received the first shock this company that does not have the image of a dancer. And it looked from the children so as not to be people were doing the dance. However, much as is the female dancer who is inballet is just a beautiful person, but never each person's personality & character does not stand out. However KIKIKIKIKIKI has clearly only appeared a presence of each person.
Terms of how dance symphonies of Mahler, there was very interested. Choreography of the vocablary of dance was not far from rich. However strong the entire cofiguration force, the minute ther is no novel Choreography, and feel that personal character is going to build together, there was a kind of atmosphere that is in women. I had watched the dance.
I had never heard Symphony No.7 of Marler. This symphony is very difficult. Melody is a complex music such as manifested fade away, I was staring at the stage by threw a lesten to concentrate everything inthe middle.
Last scene to dance along with the music with a powerful hot air, there was a excitement.
It was very good dance.
