早くも1年の4分の1が終わってしまいました。毎日問題集を解くという目標は全く達成できず。。。
日本語の記事・ニュース（天気予報を除く）は見ない・聴かないという行動制限は継続中。知らなくても全く問題なく過ごせている、と思う。
減量は成功中。Q2は月1kg減らしたい。2月に増量した分を戻してかつ減らせました。これは減量中のジムのトレーナーさんのインスタをフォローしたおかげ。頑張っている人がいると影響を受ける。
と、英語に関係ないことばかりして忙しくしている毎日。
で、またしても先を越されましたー。
