　時事通信安倍首相との対話、周到に準備？＝スマホで「無断」撮影も―韓国 　2019/11/09 07:12 

  

　安倍晋三首相と韓国の文在寅大統領による４日の対話が実現した経緯が明らかになった。徴用工問題などで日韓関係が悪化する中、きっかけは文氏の呼び掛けで、韓国側は日本側の了解を得ないまま、対話の写真を撮影し公開した。日本政府関係者が８日、明らかにした。

　両氏は、タイで開かれた東南アジア諸国連合（ＡＳＥＡＮ）関連首脳会議に出席。開始前に控室へ入った首相が各国首脳と握手していたところ、最後に待ち構えていた文氏から「ちょっとそこで話をしましょう」と誘われ、近くのソファに腰掛けたという。

　首相同行筋は「文氏の順番が最後でなければ、首相はソファに座らなかった。先方の用意周到さを感じる」と振り返る。

　控室に入室できたのは首脳と通訳に限られたが、文氏には通訳以外に同席者がいて、「いきなりスマートフォンで写真を撮った」（日本外務省筋）という。複数の証言によれば、この人物は韓国大統領府（青瓦台）の鄭義溶国家安保室長とみられる。

　青瓦台は公式サイトに、ソファに腰掛け、会話する両首脳の写真を掲載したが、日本側に了承を求める打診はなかった。日本側関係者は「わが国では考えられない」と困惑を隠さない。

　文政権は米国から対日関係改善を促されており、関係修復への取り組みをアピールしたい韓国側の思惑がうかがえる。別の日本政府関係者は「韓国は相当焦っているようだ」と指摘した。

The Korean leader(K) had an intetion of showing to his people the scene that he shared a time of talking with Japanese leader(J). The last couple of months, K did annnounce to his leaving the renewal of tri-lateral atreaty of defense alience between USA -Korea-Japan. While K has had in trap of dilemma of phil- North Korea and alient US, so, easly reach to be recognized that K is being in no way heading from its announcement. US is actually warning K that is inviting quite unrealistic and facing dangeous state of the East Asia and persuading K to stay here for itself security. Under this deplomatic circumstances, K is ,I am conviced ,seeking itself to withdrawal of the announcement, but a problem is how they reach the target with holding its face with dignity and reliance of leader before his people. The renewal is due to end of this month. This article is referred that at the RCEP economic dealing conference in October, K's press released,with no prenotices, the photo of two leaders sounds to have held a formal talking like. But J side took it as simple greetings occasion, that is all . Moreover J side has something uneasiness feeling which was unfairly rigged by K side.
