米国ＳＥＣが１２月１３日開催の会議でＳＯＸ法見直しに関する勧告を検討するという記事。

ＳＯＸ法の内部統制に関する規則を、費用に見合った、そしてリスクに基づくものとするためのステップとして、経営者が規則を適用する際の指針を定めるとのことです。
