Mr. Fujita, the ex-CEO of E-homes (an independent inspection firm of construction), warned to
the public last Thursday that there are a few condominiums not meeting the earthquake resistant standards. Furthermore, he referred that local government permitted

Odd thing is no major Japanese media has reported his warning about those
vulnerable constructions despite he claimed at press conference in front of TV camaras. .
The press conference was held just after he was sentenced the guilt on accounti of
malpractices of his firm in increasing of the capital. He admitted his fault at this point, but also claimed that he was arrested for the small crime which is not related to construction frauds because Japanese authority is afraid of his reveal of other construction frauds derived from collusion between politicians, officers and construction firms.
His claim should be clarified immediately, however, I’m afraid that Japanese media or government
might ignorehis important claim. I hope you will visit this site and read the contents.

His claims last Thursday are as follows.
1) Public officers in Kawasaki city government had approbved defective construction
although they realized that the construction might not meetearthquake resistance standards.
2) A famous design office runs their business without certificated architect.
3) Mr. Ojima and Mr. Fujita were used as scapegoats for much larger crimes.
He admits both of Mr. Ojima and he are guilty because of their negligence, however, there are other parties much responsible for construction frauds.

＞できるだけ自然に聞こえるようにしましたが、表現というものは、人それぞれにこだ
わりがあるので、ここまで修正してしまうと、本人が伝えたいことからそれるかもし
れません。
＞これは、今報道されていることの解釈なので、書き手によってどうしても書きぶりが
変わってきてしまいます。
純粋にこの人の解釈どおりに外国メディアに送るのであれば、多少の間違いはあれど
も、一番最初のままでも、ニュアンスは伝わると思います。
ただ、文法的におかしいところはわかるところだけでもできるだけ直したほうがいい
と思います。
とりあえず、今はこれだけでも。
