クヌギの木と ドングリ

やあ　みんな　元気かい。
インフルエンザがはやってるけど　君は　大丈夫だよね。

ろこおばあちゃんは　jugemにもブログを持っているんだ。
以前は　両方がリンクできるようになっていたけど　最近はうまくいかないみたい。

めんどうだけど　一字ずつ入力してね。

クヌギのドングリを見たことがあるかい。
とても大きなドングリだよ。
おまけに　ほかのドングリとちがって　殻斗（かくと＝ドングリのぼうし）が　もじゃもじゃなんだ。見たことがないという人が多いので　今回は　木とドングリの写真を紹介するよ。
ドングリの直径は約２センチだよ。
葉っぱが茂ったころ　花といっしょに　また紹介するね。

Have you ever seen kunugi acorns?
They're very big acorns. See the picture above.
Grandma Roko said "They're suitable for tops."
But recently kids don't play with tops.
Even Taro and Hana neither play them.
I want to see acorn tops and play with them.
Don't you think so?
Maybe Grandma Roko can teach us.

ヒガンバナの葉っぱだよ

やあ　みんな　新年おめでとう。
この写真の草が　何だか　わかるかな？
ヒガンバナの葉っぱだよ。
秋に咲く　まっ赤な花は　よく知られているけど　葉っぱを知っている人は　少ないよね。
冬から春にかけて　枯れ草の中で　ひっそりと　生きるんだよ。
春の盛りや　夏に　たくさんの強い草たちと競い合うのではなく　だれもいない　厳しい冬の間に　枯れ草に守られて　太陽エネルギーを　ひとりじめするんだ。
弱い者の　たくましさだね。ぼく　泣けちゃうよ。
ちなみに　写真は　シロバナヒガンバナだよ。アカバナは　もっと緑が濃いよ。

Happy New Year!
It's very cold this winter.
At the end of last year, we went to Grandma Roko's Garden to get some red fruits.
But we couldn't find any of them.
We visited there in November and found a lot of deep glossy red fruits.
I've never seen such beautiful red fruits.
Grandma Roko expected they would be nice for the New Year flower arrangement.
But they were all gone because of the birds.
I think the food for birds is not enough in the woods.
Grandma Roko thoroughfuly disappointed in disappearance of fruits and felt sorry for the birds.
But it makes me happy to show you the rare picture of cluster amaryllies leaves.
