DX直接民主制 （投票権）
DX直接民主制に於ける投票権は各国民に一様に与えられるものではない。一様に与えられるものは、憲法や国の基本的方針等の普遍的な問題に対する投票権だけである。
それら普遍的問題以外の法案や規制等については、資格試験のような選抜制度であったり、申請制度等を考えたい。
また、投票権に関してレベルという概念を採用しても良いだろう。レベルを３段階に設定すると、レベル１の人は１票だけだが、レベル２の人は２票を持ち、レベル３の人は３票持つという具合である。
このレベルは、以前提示した選挙ユニット毎に人により違う値を持つというアイデアはどうだろうか？
人はそれぞれ関心事項や知見が異なるので、どのような政策課題に対しても同じ投票権を設定する事は不適切であろう。
この投票権は、今の代議員制における１票の重みの格差とう問題を解消する事にもなるであろう。
DX Direct Democracy (Voting Rights)
The right to vote in a DX direct democracy is not given to every citizen equally. The only thing that is given to every citizen equally is the right to vote on universal issues such as the constitution and basic national policies.
For bills and regulations other than these universal issues, I would like to consider a selection system, similar to a qualification exam, or an application system.
We could also adopt the concept of levels for voting rights: if we set three levels, a person at level 1 would have only one vote, a person at level 2 would have two votes, a person at level 3 would have three votes, and so on.
What about the idea of having different numbers for each electoral unit, as I proposed earlier?
Since each person has different interests and knowledge, it would be inappropriate to set the same voting rights for every policy issue.
This voting right would also solve the problem of disparities in the weight of each vote in the current representative system.
