Yesterday,I got really tired. I was too tired to have dinner. I didn't have time to have breakfast yesterday morning.
I took the TOEIC test yesterday, but before that, I needed to clean ditches as volunteer work. All the volunteers were male except for me. It started at 8 a.m. and finished at 8:30. It was only 30 minutes of work but the work was tough for me. My shoulders hurt. After the work, I went back home and changed my clothes because they were dirty. Then I left home at 9 and went to the station by bicycle to catch a train which arrived at 9:27.

Today, I got up at 5 a.m because I had to drive my husband to the Nagoya station by 7 a.m.
But there was a big problem. I had had diarrhea since yesterday because of stress.
I didn't have breakfast nor drink water this morning.
Although I took a binding medicine before we left home, I needed to drop into a convenience store on the way in order to go to the restroom.
I still have a poor appetite today. The medicine doesn't seem to work well.
