Today, I'd like to introduce one of our hand-made sweets at English Plus' cafe.
English Plus has three kinds of English-related services such as "English school, English Environment Cafe, and studying abroad support."
Anyone can use and relax at our English Environment Cafe!
One unique point of our English Environment Cafe is that the sweets and food we serve are all hand-made!
We care about ingredients and calories, and almost all of the sweets are quite healthy and have low calories.
The sweets and food we serve are different weekly and the currently we have "swiss roll made with rice flour."
It's our original recipe and we use 100% rice flour and no sugar.
Only this autumn season, we put sweet potato inside the swiss roll!
It's all hand-made so the number is limited, if you have a chance to visit, please try!!

英語環境カフェのユニークポイントとしましては、提供しているスイーツ・軽食は全て“手作り”ということです。
手作りのため、素材やカロリーにも気を使っており、ほとんどの物はカロリー低めにしております。
カフェで提供しているものは週によって変わり、現在のおすすめは“米粉ロール”です。
米粉ロールはEnglish Plusオリジナルのスイーツで、米粉１００％＋砂糖不使用のもちもちとした食感が特徴のロールケーキです。
現在はさつまいもが入った、秋限定の米粉ロールになっています。
手作りのため数に限りがありますので、もし機会があれば是非お立ち寄りいただき、米粉ロールにトライしてみてください！
