Today, I'd like to write about a piece of advice for English learners who are taking lessons.
Since I began to teach English, 10 years has already passed.
Through my career as an English instructor, I've had some opportunities to teach students from all over the world, such as Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and so on.
From my teaching experience, I've learned and discovered a lot of things from my students.
One of the things I've learned through teaching English lessons is that the speed of improvements on English skills depends on a student.
This is true that some students can improve their English skills slowly but steadily; others can improve quickly.
In my opinion, those who can improve their English skills quickly have 5 common characteristics, and today I'd like to write about the fourth one.
The fourth one is someone who can do self-study after each lesson.
At English Plus, we offer some self-study support that our students can do in their free time.
In addition to our support, some students do more self-study by themselves.
In my personal view, those who do self-study including lesson review improve a lot faster than those who don't.
Also, someone who does self-study often asks good questions that they don't know through the lesson or self-study, and to ask questions, they have routine to take a note.
I can say for sure that self-study helps improve our English skills faster.
There is self-study space available at English Plus, and all of our students are welcome to come to do self-study anytime we are open!
If you are a student at English Plus and don't know what to do for your self-study, please ask us for advice.
Let's try self-study and improve English skills a lot.
