BODY & 呼吸 & DANCE WORKSHOP 10月8日 10月26日

バレエ・ダンス・演劇などの自分の身体を使って作品をつくる。音楽、絵画など身体を使って作品をつくる。自分の身体をなにものにも頼らないオリジナルなものとして動かす。

そのためには自分の呼吸を見つめ、空気を感じる。そ の『自分の身体』を自在に動かすには、自身の身体をもっと深く感じることが必要です。
そんな自分だけの身体に出会うためのワークショップを開催いたします。

経験など問いません。身体に興味を持つかたなら、舞台活動だけでなくクリエイティブな活動されてるかたもぜひお越しください。自分自身の身体と、わたしをとりまく空間を感じる、そんな自分自身を自由に使えるからだを一緒に勉強しましょう。

講師　秋紀芳慧（パフォーマー・サウンドアーティスト）
ノイズバンドのパフォーマーから身体表現に興味を持ち、能楽からバレエ、ジャズダンス、HIPHOP、コンテンポラリーダンス、舞踏、演劇などを学ぶ。オリジナルの身体表現を追求する中で、呼吸と身体の関係性から自分の身体を再確認するメソッドをつくりあげる。performance group 『ayami yasuyho』主宰。
代表作は「a'y.」「W」「解体（ver0.00&1.00」
