ということで?
今日は「おせち料理のことを簡単に説明する」デス⭐
おせち料理は新年のためだけに用意される伝統的なお料理です
Osechi is the traditional meal only prepared for New Year.

昆布巻:"Kobumaki" is salmon kombu roll.
We have Kobumaki to share happiness.
エビ:Shrimps
We have shrimps to pray for longevity.
黒豆:"Kuromame" is sweet black soybeans.
We have Kuromame to encourage hard work.
紅白かまぼこ:"Kouhaku-Kamaboko" is a fish paste/fish cake.
We have Kouhaku-Kamaboko is because its red color is to prevent evil spirits and white means purity.
栗きんとん:"Kurikinton" is candied chestnut with sweet potatoes.
We have Kurikinton to raise money luck.
かずのこ:"Kazunoko" is herring roe.
We have Kazunoko to pray for the prosperity of descendants.
伊達巻:"Datemaki" is sweet rolled omelet/sweet egg rolls.
We have Datemaki to wish to improve knowledge.
煮しめ:"Nishime" is boiled root vegetables.
We have Nishime to wish to have long lasting happiness.
ごまめ・田作り:Gomame/Tazukuri is candied dried sardines.
We have this to pray for the great harvest.
