主権在民 VS 暴君の抹殺
暴君が自身の権力欲や保身のために、戦争を起こす事例が増えている。国民にとっては迷惑な話であるが、相手国の国民にとっても迷惑な話である。
主権在民の見地から言えば、自国の暴君が戦争という犯罪を犯しているのであれば、国民が総力をかけて暴君を止めるのが筋である。
しかしながら、また、別の考え方もある。無道な政権であれば、内政干渉であっても正すべきだという考え方である。この考え方は、ガバナンス指標に基づいて組立てる事ができる。
世界には、とても政府とは呼べないほどの腐敗している政府があり、国民が離散していく状態であれば、内政干渉もやむを得ないと考える訳である。
この考え方は、主権在民の考え方を部分的に否定する事になるので要注意ではあるが、捨て去る事は難しい。

The number of cases in which tyrants start wars due to their own desire for power or to protect themselves is increasing. This is a nuisance for the people of the country, but it is also a nuisance for the people of the other country.

However, there is also another way of thinking. The idea is that if a government is unconscionable, it should be corrected, even if it is interfering in internal affairs. This idea can be framed based on governance indicators.
There are governments in the world that are so corrupt that they cannot even be called governments, and if the people are becoming dispersed, I believe that interference in internal affairs is unavoidable.
This way of thinking partially negates the idea of the principle that sovereignty resides in the people, so we need to be careful, but it is difficult to abandon it.
