昨日は、川崎市内・主に武蔵小杉地域（武蔵小杉、平間、新丸子）駅周辺やその周辺の商店街などを見てきました。
武蔵小杉はとにかく"skyscraper（大きなビル）"が多く、地域によっては何となく横浜に似ていると思いました。
また、横須賀線の開通や再開発地域に指定されていることもあり、個人的に武蔵小杉の可能性を大いに感じることができました。
物件の収穫としましては、何件か条件があいそうな物件を発見・問い合わせしたものの、予算を少しオーバーしていたり、１階店舗でなかったりと自分の条件に限りなくマッチする物件と出会うことは残念ながら昨日はできませんでした。
が、時間のある限りあぎらめず再チャレンジです！
（次回は少し足を伸ばし多摩川を超え、東京側もチェックです！！）

As for me, great!
Yesterday, I visited Kawasaki-city, mainly Musashi-Kosugi area including Musashi-Kosugi station, Hirama station, and Shinmaruko station in order to check some available buildings around the station, and some shopping streets.
I personally thought there are a lot of skyscrapers in Musashi-Kosugi and the city looks like Yokohama somehow.
Also, the area is designated as urban renewal one, and I felt that the area has a lot of potential for growth.
Though I walked a lot and found some good available buildings, the rent was over my budget or they were not the first floor, so unfortunately I couldn't find one that matches my conditions yesterday.
Anyway, I'll try again and again until I find the one!!
I believe that "there is definitely the one I'm looking for!!"
