本日は“英語学校 = 組織としての観点の必要性”についてです。
昨日は“川崎起業家塾”があり、トピックは“組織運営”についてでした。

講義の中では“運営方針の重要性”や“人材の選定”など英語学校起業に必要な部分をたくさん学ぶことができ、いろいろな刺激を受けることができました。
その中でも、自分の役割となる・・・
“経営”（主に企業のトップとしてすべてを把握すること）
“管理”（各チームをまとめる者として）
“監督”（他のスタッフに教えるプロとして）
の各役割を知ることができたと同時に、各役割に必要なスキルを再確認できたことが大きな刺激となりました。
現在は“英語学校設立”に向けて全力投球で、“英語学校設立後”のことを忘れがちですが、“英語学校設立後”の“組織運営”こそが重要だということを改めて知ることができました。
本日からも、しっかりと前向きに“英語学校設立後”を見据え、行動していきます！！
それでは今日の英語での一言："Action before theory"
Hi, how are you doing?
Last night, I went to Kawasaki to attend the business seminar whose main topic yesterday was about "how to manage an organization."
In the lecture, I was able to learn some important points to manage an organzation, such as "importance of having company phylosophy", "who to hire" and so on.
In addition to these points, I could learn my future roles, for example, "director", "supervisor", "manager".
Also, I could know what skills to need in each role above.
After setting up my own school, I'm sure my roles and responsibility will be very huge; thus, I just need to prepare for the future!
Right now, I'm mainly aiming at establishing my own English school and I sometimes forget about the future - after establishing school, which is the most important...
So, I should keep in mind about the importance of "how to manage after establishing my school" and I'll prepare for it!!
