Today, I'd like to tell you a story about lunch menu at English Plus cafe.
It's almost a month since we started lunch menu at English Plus cafe.
Sometimes we have a few customers!!
Sometimes we have few customers at lunch time.
When we don't have so many customers, we think about how to let people know about our lunch service.
One thing we did is to change the menu, and then took a photo of the new lunch menu and updated the menu.
Another thing we do is that we often change the design of the menu.
Also we made a small flyer about lunch menu.
It's still a month passed so we'll try whatever we can do!!
The lunch starts at 11:30 and it's until about 16:00 or until the quantity lasts.
Basically lunch is available from Monday to Saturday.
The menu (lunch plate and dessert) is different every day but the ingredients we use are Niigata rice (Koshihikari), fresh vegetables and so on.
When you have a chance, stop by English Plus cafe to relax!!

おはようございます。English Plus英語講師のarataです。
本日は“English Plusカフェ手作りランチメニューの裏話”です。
English Plus Cafeでランチメニューを初めて以来、約１ヶ月が経過しました。
この間、たくさんのお客様が来店されることもあれば、本当に来ない・・・という日もありました。
あまりお客様が来られない時は、スタッフと共にランチのＰＲの仕方を考えることがあります。
これまで挑戦してきたことの１つは、日替わりメニューを増やす度に新メニューの写真を撮り、外看板にアップしたこと。
メニューのデザインを度々変えていること。
この他には“ランチサービスのお知らせ”の小さなフライヤーを作ったこと、などです。
ランチ開始後１ヶ月ということもあり、まだまだ認知されていないのでもう少し努力していきたいと思います！
なお、ランチは月曜日～土曜日の１１：３０～１６：００くらい（or 数量終了）までやっています。
メニュー（ランチプレート＆デザート）は日替わりになりますが、お出ししているメニューの材料は新潟産のコシヒカリや新鮮な野菜などを使用しています。
