Today, I'd like to write about one of seven attempts to help students improve their English skills.
Generally, while people are learning English, they surely have some questions about English.
At English Plus, if students have any questions about English, they can ask us directly when we're open and when the staff're available.
Also when students are not sure how they should study English, we can give advice on English study!
Each student's purpose of learning English or life style or English materials they have is different, so our advice is different to each student.
We sometimes recommend our students to use the materials they have now, so they don't have to buy new ones.
We not only suggest materials but also how to use them and make a schedule for each student.
We believe from our experience that English learners basically need to motivate themselves to improve English skills.
So we're trying to motivate our students as much as we can!

本日は“レッスンにおける生徒の方の英語力向上の７つの取り組み - その２．質問や学習方法に対するアドバイス”についてです。
English Plusでは通ってくださる生徒の方々の英語力向上のために色々な取り組みをしており、今日はその取り組みの１つを書いていきたいと思います。
English Plusでは、生徒の方々が英語に関する質問がある場合、英語学校がオープンしている時間帯＆スタッフの手が空いている場合、できる限りお答えしています。
また自己英語学習の仕方がわからない・不安…という方の場合は個別に学習方法のアドバイスをしています。
具体的には、各生徒の方の英語学習の目的、ライフスタイル（英語学習のための空き時間があるかどうか）、今まで購入した英語教材などの情報をお聞きした上で、アドバイスを行います。そのため、１人１人に対するアドバイスは違うものになります。
教材をお持ちいただき、見せていただける場合は、各教材を見させていただいた上、具体的に１日どれくらいのペースで進めていくのか、どのように進めていくのかアドバイスさせていただきます。
なお、教材は基本的に今お手持ちの教材を使用していきますので、新たにご購入いただく必要はありません。
このEnglish Plusの“質問や学習方法に対するアドバイス”は、スタッフの今までの英語学習の経験上、“英語学習者は英語能力を獲得するために自らの英語学習に対するモチベーションをアップし、こつこつと実行することがとても大事”ということがわかっているので、自己学習をしている生徒の方々の質問は大歓迎！で積極的にお答えしています。
