Today, I'd like to introduce some of our English school's lessons.
Currently, at our English school, there are several lessons available.
However, if you would like to improve basic English skills, we recommend these three lessons.
One is "Skill-Up."
In the "Skill-Up" lessons, students can build confidence to communicate in English since it's grammar based lessons for communication.
There are seven different levels and beginner students are welcome to join!!
Another is "Conversation."
In the "Conversation" lessons, students learn some useful phrases and expressions for English communication.
The aim of these lessons are that students can build interactive communication skills.
The other is "TOEIC test preparation."
In the "TOEIC test preparation" lessons, students focus on improving listening, grammar and reading skills to improve TOEIC score.
Through lessons, students can not only improve TOEIC score but also get enough English skills to use in business situations!
These three lessons we recommend are all 90 minutes, so there is a lot of time to learn and use English!

本日は“English Plus（英語学校）おすすめの３つのレッスンのご紹介”です。

現在、English Plus（英語学校）では様々なレッスンを開講中です。

様々なレッスンを開講中ですが、“基礎英語力を身につける”ということであれば、これら３つのレッスンがおすすめです。

１つめにおすすめのレッスンは“Skill-Up（基礎英語）”です。

このSkill-Upレッスンは“英語の基礎となる文法を学び、自分の英語に自信を持ってコミュニケーションができる”ことを目標にしています。

Skill-Upレッスンはレベル別になっていますので、初級者の方でも安心して英語力を伸ばすことが可能です。

２つめにおすすめのレッスンは“Conversation（会話）”です。

このConversationのレッスンでは、会話でよく使う表現や語彙を強化し、コミュニケーションを楽しむための英語力を養っていきます。

このレッスンでは、質問に答えるだけの一方的なコミュニケーションではなく、自発的かつ流暢に会話ができる英語力をつけることを目標にしています。

３つめにおすすめのレッスンは“TOEIC test preparation（TOEICテスト対策）”です。

このTOEICのレッスンでは、主にTOEICテストに必要なリスニング（聞く力）、文法力、リーディング（読む力）をつけていきます。

TOEICのレッスンでは、TOEICテストのスコアアップだけではなく、ビジネスでも使える基礎英語力をつけることを目標にしています。

上記３つのおすすめのレッスンは、１レッスン９０分になっており、レッスンの中では、たくさん英語を学んで、使っていきます。

レッスンから学ぶ ～ 面倒くさいの英語表現

Good morning and thank you for taking your time to visit English Plus blog!
Today, let's learn some English phrases!
During English lessons at our English school, there are several English phrases that our students want to know and use.
One of the phrases is what Japanese say "mendokusai."
"Mendokusai" means "it's troublesome" and it's usually used in the context of "what a pain..."
Sometimes, in the lessons, a student said "I don't want to clean up my room because "mendokusai"."
Today let's learn some English phrases to express "mendokusai."
For example,
"It's a hassle to tidy up my room."
"It's a pain in the neck."
"It's troublesome."
"It's too troublesome."
"I don’t feel like doing it."
When you have a chance, please try to use some!

英語学校でのレッスン時に、生徒の方々によく聞かれる英語表現は色々とありますが、その中の１つに“面倒くさい…”という表現があります。

レッスンの中では、生徒の方々は“掃除するのは面倒くさい”（I don't want to clean up my room because "mendokusai".）というように使っています。

“面倒くさい”はよく使う表現ですが、なかなか馴染みのない英語表現だと思います。

今日は“面倒くさい”の英語表現を学んでいきたいと思います。

４月以降の日曜日のキッズ英語レッスンしばらくお休みのお知らせ

Good morning and I appreciate your visit to English Plus blog!
Today, I'll tell you news about kids lesson.
Since we started a 30-minute English lesson for kids at Maruzen/Junkudo book store in Shibuya in October 2011, we've given lessons almost every month (mainly every third Sunday) and we have been able to meet a lot of wonderful kids!
I'm sorry to tell you this news but we are going to cancel the kids lesson in Shibuya for a while.
(We are not sure when to restart the kids lessons, but when it's decided, I will let you know in this blog, homepage or English Plus' facebook page.)
We really appreciate for those who have attended our Sunday kids lessons in Shibuya!

本日は“４月以降の日曜日のキッズ英語レッスンしばらくお休みのお知らせ”です。

２０１１年の１０月に、キッズ対象の３０分の英語レッスンを渋谷の丸善・ジュンク堂書店さんにおいて開始して以来、毎月（主に第３日曜日）、たくさんのキッズに英語を教える機会をいただきました。

いつも楽しみにしてくださっていた方々には大変申し訳ないのですが、今月からしばらくの間、日曜日の渋谷の丸善・ジュンク堂書店さんでのキッズレッスンをお休みすることになりました。

次回の丸善・ジュンク堂書店さんでのキッズレッスンの予定は未定ですが、再開が決まり次第、当ブログ・English Plusのホームページ・facebookページでお知らせしたいと思います。

今までキッズレッスンに参加いただいた皆様、関係者の皆様ありがとうございました。

English Plusは月曜日～土曜日オープンしておりますので、お近くにお越しの際はお気軽にお立ち寄りください。

TOEIC公開テスト（４月１４日）に向けての英語講師おすすめリスニング対策

Good morning and thanks a lot to visit English Plus blog!
Today, I'd like to give you a tip for the next TOEIC test.
The next official TOEIC test is scheduled on April 14th, which is about 3 days away!
There is not so much time left for the next test; however, we can still prepare for it.
One thing we can do is taking a practice test especially listening parts!
(If you have Official practice TOEIC Test Volume 1~5, that's great! Try those.)
Here are how to prepare:
1. Try the Listening part 1~4. (It takes approximately 45 minutes)
2. Check your answers.
3. If you find mistakes, listen to the questions again with looking at the script.
4. Once again, listen to the questions and at the same time read them out loud with the script.
5. Again, listen to the questions and read them out loud without the script.
With this training, you can get used to speed little by little.
Do what you can do now and get good results!

本日は“TOEIC公開テスト（４月１４日）に向けての英語講師おすすめリスニング対策”です。

次回（４月１４日）のTOEIC公開テストまで残り３日となりました。

今から全ての対策を講じるには、ちょっと時間が足りませんが、まだまだできる対策はあります！

残り３日となった今日おすすめの対策は、お持ちの問題集を使ってのリスニングトレーニングです。
（もし、TOEIC テスト新公式問題集Vol.1～5をお持ちであれば、それを使いましょう）

トレーニング方法はこちら：

１．リスニング（Part 1～4）に集中して解答する（約４５分）

２．テスト後、答え合わせをする

３．間違えた問題があれば、スクリプトを見ながら問題を聞き直す

４．もう一度同じ問題を聞くと同時に、スクリプトを見て音読する

５．もう一度同じ問題を聞くと同時に、スクリプトを見ずに音読する（シャドーイング）

このトレーニングを続けますと、TOEICテストのスピードに慣れ、解答も少し楽になるかと思います。

できることから挑戦して、よい結果を出しましょう！
