安倍総理、未曽有の国難に対して身をなげうって指導力を評価します。総理の健勝に神の御加護をいのります。

友人であり、ネットで活躍である米国・コロラドの高齢婦人から、今回のJapan’s State of Emergence対して、日本への声援と, そしていまのアメリカの市井での状況ならびにコロナウィルスへのアドヴァイスを伝えてきております。これはその内容（訳文と原英文）です。アメリカの空気を知る材料としてご参考まで、おとどけします。　荒井康全（1938年生まれ）

手紙をありがとう。大変興味深いですね。医者の研修生がパーティに参じたのは賢くないですね。　

数日後にはさらにウィルスがくることは間違いないようです。ここ米国では、管理された状態での検査が非常に大切であることがわかりました。　発症が現れるまで2週間かかるのであなたが指摘するように大きな医療グループのもとで行われることの意味があります。ニューヨークは深刻な打撃を受けた州ですが発症者の数が減少しつつあります。彼らはもまた二つの医薬を使っていて、双方とも非常に効果を顕わしています。医者たちが復帰させ、終息に向かわせなければいけません。

ハイドロオキシクロリキンHydroxycloriquinとジスロマックスZithromaxが、ここでは非常に良好な結果をみせており、回復も非常に速やかです。したがって目下はほとんどの州で使っています。　上の二つの薬はすでに65年にわたってルーブス[1]など他の疾患に使ってきた実績があり、FDAの認可も得てあります。

他には、抗生物質と、私も短い期間でしたが、使ったことのある気管支炎用の薬Zpakです。

再度申し上げますが、検査は　病疫の拡散を抑えるための非常い重要なことです。

ここでの問題は、検査キットの調達と医師や介護士の立ち会いができる施設の用意です。

いまは、5分間で、陽性であるかどうかの検査の結果がわかるような検査を得ています。

レストランや小さな事業、それにショッピング・モールも、すべて数週間閉鎖です。この状況はすでに、ニュースなどでご覧になっていることでしょうし、あなたとあなたの國を救うために繰り返し報道されているとおもいます。

質問があれば知らせてください、しかし家に滞在することと社会的距離間隔は少なくとも3フィート、できれば6フィートを保つようにしてください。

今朝は、ラジオ体操をいつもの公園でやりました。いまは、春の景色がうつくしいです。さくらはもう散ってきました。　木の小道からはなれて鑑賞します。

充実しあ日をお送りください。あなたの知的好奇心と知性が、あなたから退屈を持ち去ってくれたことと勝手に想像しています。

 

Thanks for sending the letters. Very interesting read, both of them. Not very smart of the trainee doctors to attend party. There will no doubt more come down with the virus in coming days. Here in U.S. we have found the testing to be very important in keeping virus under control such as the large group you mentioned for as you know it has an incubation period of 14 days before symptoms developed. New York the hardest hit state have seen cases starting to drop in number. They also are using two drugs together that is working very successfully. Have to end and finish later as have call doctor back.

Hydroxycloriquin and Zithromax in combination have shown very good results here and have cured people very quickly and is being used extensively here in most states . The first medicine listed has been used for 65 years for other diseases such as Lupus and approved by FDA.

 

The other is an antibiotic and have taken it myself for bronchitis called the Zpak in short.. Just stated again testing is the most important thing to do to limit spread of disease. The problem here has been getting test kits and setting up test stations besides doctors and hospitals.

 

They now have a test that can give results in 5 minutes as to whether you test positive. All restaurants, and small businesses have been closed her for weeks ss well shopping malls. You have probably seen this on news but repeating it for the safety of you and your country.

Any questions let me know but stay home and social distancing very important at least 3 ft apart preferably 6 ft. Me I just stay home, lonely and bored but safe. Keep well and keep me posted regarding your Country.🥰

Ok, I have read your letters above. I will post your messagae and information of how care of own.,on my Asanikki and other,highly possibility to the Prime minister. This morning,I attending the morning radio excercise at outdoor parkspace. How wonderful of the Spring nature,now.Cherry

 

blossoms are alomost being gone. People watched them at distance to alleys of tree. Have a nice and fulfilment of your day. I guess your curoisity and intelligence lead you no boring time at home,Beth.
