"Emperor Meiji stand-in suspicion" 
 
A copy of the Asahi Shimbun "voice" column has been sent 
to me from a lady called Fumiko Yamamoto of Nagoya. 
It says about the the generation who cannot stand and 
sing "Kimigayo" at a ceremony. Moreover, another copy of 
sentences from her homepage was added. 
I thought it was great an 81-year-old person was building 
the homepage. I learned her second daughter cooperates to 
build the homepage after all. 
She writes Japan began to turn a rudder in the surprising 
direction that the person will be punished if he or she 
does not stand and sing "Kimigayo". 
"Kimigayo" is an Emperor song in praise. The War was occurred 
tried to put Asian countries under the Emperor's rule, and 
resulted not only neighboring countries but also the Japanese 
suffered terrible pain. the Japanese forgot the terrible pain? 
Or someone is waiting to strengthen the Tenno system again 
when it comes there are only the generations who do not know 
the war itself Ms Yamamoto writes. 
Probably she finds a crisis in the way of Mr Hashimoto of Mayor 
Osaka conducts. 
A part of "mass media and money are eating people's happiness 
in this way" (Tokuma Shoten Publishing) is reproduced by her 
homepage. The "Emperor Meiji stand-in theory" and Tabuse-mura 
are written in it. It is said that the place called Tabuse-mura 
was located in the Yamaguchi Prefecture and Kagoshima Prefecture. 
Although Tabuse-mura was likely to exist, the truthfulness of 
the stand-in theory is not known. 
I think some person may have interested in the historical darkness. 
When I searched Tabuse-mura with the Internet many sites hit. 
I remembered when Junichiro Koizumi goes to North Korea, 
Kim Jong-il said "Your father is the people from North Korea". 
Junichiro Koizumi's father was from the former North Korean 
village in Kagoshima.
Ms Yamamoto likes to write. She writes in detail. It seems 
that her belief is also intense. 
It is said that at a bar of Honolulu Rusaku Tsunoda, Donald Keene's 
teacher, met a Japanese of having defected from Japan concerned 
with assassination of the Emperor Komei in 1915. 
It has written on "Yomiuri Shimbun". 
I don't know weather it is true or not.

　名古屋市の山本文子という方から「城北文芸」の私あてに朝日新聞「声」欄のコピーが送られてきた。「『君が代』立って歌えぬ世代」という一文である。また、この方のホームページに載せた一文が添えられていた。八十一歳の人がホームページをつくっているとはすごいなと思ったが、どうもこの方の次女が協力してこの方のホームページをつくっているらしいということがわかった。～「君が代」を立って歌わないと罰せられる、というとんでもない方向に日本は舵を切り始めた。「君が代」は天皇賛歌だ。対戦国や近隣国のみならず、日本国民もさんざん苦しめられたあの戦争は、アジア各国を天皇の支配下に置こうとして起きたものだった。その反省の思いは日本国民の心から消えてしまったのか。それとも、戦争を知らない世代ばかりになるのを待って、再び天皇制強化を図っている者がいるというのだろうか～と山本さんは書いている。大阪市長の橋下さんのやり方に危機感を持っているのだろう。彼女のホームページには「マスコミとお金は人の幸せをこうして食べている」（徳間書店）の一部が転載されてある。それには「明治天皇替玉説」と田布施村のことが載っている。山口県と鹿児島県に田布施村というところがあったそうである。田布施村があったことは事実らしいが、替え玉説の真偽のほどはわからない。歴史の闇をめぐる考察は興味を引かれる人もいるのではないかと思う。インターネットで田布施村を検索するとたくさんのサイトがヒットする。そういえば、小泉純一郎の父は鹿児島の元朝鮮人部落の出身で、小泉純一郎が北朝鮮に行った時、金正日に「あなたの親は北朝鮮人だ」と言われたとかいう話を憶えている。山本さんは書くことの好きな人のようである。詳しく書いている。思い込みも激しいようである。
　ドナルド・キーンの恩師の角田柳作は一九一五年にホノルルのバーで、孝明天皇の暗殺に関わったために亡命してきたという日本人に出会ったそうである。「読売新聞」に書いてある。が、これも真偽のほどはわからない。
