今年はシカクマメの白い根茎をよく茹でて味わうつもりです。

茹でると皮が少しはじけて真っ白な中身が見えてきます。
無味ながら、もっちりした食感。栄養価がすごく高いとか。少し子供たちに送ってやろうかな。
数珠つなぎの芋のうち、小さなものを畝に残せば来年も続々と生えてきます。棚さえ作ってやれば手のかからない、家庭菜園向きの野菜ですヨ。
