Twitterで回ってきた、《無限ピーマン》を作ってみました
材料はピーマン10個、ツナ缶1個、ゴマ油。
調味料はお好みで。
私は塩、胡椒、七味唐辛子にしました。
ピーマン10個を千切りにして、レンジでチンするので
耐熱容器に入れます。
ツナ缶と調味料も混ぜます
ノーオイルのツナ缶を使ったのでカロリー控えめ。
500wで3分間チンします。
100円均で買ったレンジでラーメンを作る容器ですが、
蓋もついてて、冷蔵庫にこのまま入れられるし、
大き目の容器で便利です。
取り出して混ぜます。
混ぜたあとは、また500wで3分チンします。
私は先日当選した冷麺のトッピングにしました。
1日置いた方が味がしみるというので、
次の日に、キムチと白滝と混ぜて食べました。
味がしみてて美味しい
白滝と混ぜると低カロリーでダイエットにもgood

2人が逢っているというだけで、ビギとカシオペアが
