こんにちは。　いよいよ緊急事態解除ですね。　きょうは、感染者の数の推定について書きます。

人類は不可避的に見えざる敵からの攻撃に曝されています。

これには外的な敵と内的な敵があります。前者はウィルスです。後者は人類内部にある敵対ですが今回はあえて触れません。　幸か不幸か、目下は前者の攻撃の只中にあるので、人類は瞬間、まことに相互に正直であり、そして目に見えて敵対的ではありません。

そして、まもなくウィルスの制御に成功すると私は、確信しています。

たくさんの隣人や身内の犠牲に対して哀悼の念を表わします。

　しかしながら、この段階においても人類はワクチンも治療薬も持ち合わせていないのです。

社会的距離ということばに代表されるように、社会的賢明さのみが、このウィルス力との戦いの武器になっています。

わたくしの試算、　これはＪｏｈｎ　Ｈｏｐｋｉｎｓ大学のデータを使ってのものですが、これらの週の間に　すでに米国の方は、大方　社会的なウィルス抗体形成を、獲得したとみています。

おもうに、より多くの試練を受けたひとたちほど、幸いなるかな、すみやかなる回復に向かうことになるとおもいます。　

もっとも、これから緊急事態解除の具体的方法については、まったく　注意深いエンジニアリングのもとに行われるべきものす。なぜなら、人びとが抗体力を保有しているという前提のもとに緊急事態解除となるからです。この社会的に抗体力が有効に発揮するためには、人口のあるレベルまで、感染されていた状態に達していることが前提になります。

　この指標の代表的なひとつは　（感染者総数）／（検査総数）の比になるとおもいます。つまり、社会の抗体のレベルを示します。州レベルにしても連邦レベルにしても、データとしては域内で均質つまりランダムであって、偏りがないという仮説に立っています。

抗体の保持者の有効な人口比率として具体的な数値はまだ知らされていません。私見では感染者が３０％から５０％の範囲であるとみています。（文献によっては３０％から７５％までというのもあります）

いったい、どのくらいのひとたちが感染しているかに当然視点が向かいます。上の（感染者総数）／（検査総数）の比　に　（人口）を掛けると、全感染者数の平均数の統計的推計になります。これは統計学の平均中央原理にもとづき、データで得られた平均はかぎりなく全体平均に近づくというものです。　わたくしの資産では米国が　人口の１６％、そして日本が８％です（5月7日現在）。　

もっとも、ニューヨークや東京ではさらに高くなります。　この計算には、検査数が必要ですが、日本での公的発表では、感染者数（それに死亡者数）のみの表示です。　記者会見などのこれまでの発表では、陽性率として口頭発表があっただけですが　たしか８％ほどでした。検査数は、東京の場合は、当初、1日　５００件そして5月はじめの時点で、１０００件でといわれています。私見としては、　1日あたりの平均検査数を３０００件とみます。

これによっての試算は、感染者推計としては、５００万人規模つまり、東京の人口の３０％はすでに感染していることになります。　これを抗体水準と考えられなくはない。　日本全体としては、　上の　０．０８　ｘ　１．２億ですから人口の約1割で、１２００万人という推計になります。　アメリカは　０．１６　ｘ　３．１億人ですから、５千万人規模の推計となります。　ネットで　Ｗｏｒｌｄｏｍｅｔｅｒｓにジョンホプキンス＊の表が見られます。ご参考にチェックされてみたらいかがでしょうか。

私のこの試算については、保障を申し上げません。世の中の関心事は、緊急事態宣言解除以降の社会、経済、および政治的な処理に向います。上で述べた　このばあい人口レベルでの統計推計量（数）は計画施策として必須の数字となり、その意味で表舞台に登場することになります。個人的には、疫学の数学モデルに関心があり、長足に進歩した現代非平衡熱力学での動的エントロピーとのつながりに焦点を合わせています。　社会事象が安定から非安定場合によっては爆発的暴発になるか。　これらの数学シミュレーションモデルへとつなげる希望をもっています。　日暮れて道遠しですね。

 

パンデミックの回復は、各国がみずからの脚で立つことが前提ですが、賢いリーダーを世界は求めています。

私は米国が、トランプ大統領が、もちろん自国第一ですが、世界のために、これまで以上にその任に当たられることを切に、希望するものであります。

Engineering does an articulate activity to devising the best way for reaching to the target. The target in question is usually and unfortunately neither so called from goodwill or evil will. The engineer is honest and sincere to seeking for best solution and for realizing target function with rationally constitutive use of parts or elements, that is under the order of contract. Imagine,Beth,an architechure are simply designing the house for the customer meaning. So,these matter has basically two separate problems, that before an engineer, what kind of morality he or she own is the most crucial matter. Vernuft (reasoning) and Verstance(rationing) , which is referred by Immanuel Kant, both of them are necessary to our society.Your question is regarding to the former. How did the planners take a rationality on implementing the mask wearing how much workable it is . Thanks.

I was being devious in my last response . You see here everything is it seems connected to Politics. And people working on models are Democrats. We have been misled I feel and most everyone that is for our President feels about the same. Has been very hard on many here as many have lost their jobs and can’t make mortgage payment or even buy food. Very hard on the economy and business are closing. Very sad situation.

Human-beings are inevitablely exposed before chaos of imvisible disaster. That is external adverse; virus and consequently follow is the internal ; adversale force. People of the world are at a moment, honestly and friendly sharing for surviving each other. I think we,people will soon be successful to controlling the virus. Yes,after sadly losing many neibours life. At this stage, we have substantiall no vaccine and medicine available. So social clever, as social distance keeping, is only way, and waiting for owe raising so called, Anti-body to confront against the virus power. My calculation for these weeks,by data from John Hopkins University, it is almost now, yes already you have got this Anti-body. I think the more suffered nation, the more mercifully and quickly got to recovering to own themselves. It is quite delicalte and smart engineering wayto be taken , where the state under some level of infected are necessary. This index is (total number of cases) divided by (total number testing) ;that is level of Anti-body. Yes,State level and Federal level under hypothesis of homonized area concept. Yet reliable range of the values are found, and I can say ,it means about 30 to 50 percents of infected population. Multiplication of this ratio by the population of area are statistical estimate value of population under infected by virus. my roughly calculation, is shown that your country are 16% ,and my side is 8%. This is my answer at a moment with no quarantee.

I am concern to the external matter ,yes Politic after free of emergency. Stand alone on own foot is obvious necessary way,but the clever leadership are indispensable. I hope and trust in America is further expected to stay as the world leader. Mr.Trump is the last person who has ability on concern, commitment,and encourage to people over border of nation.
