もちろん、ことばは話し言葉、書き言葉だけでなく、non-verbal(ノンバーバル) な部分も大事です。
心を言葉で表すことが出来ない人の表情などから、読み取る能力も不可欠です。
しかし、何と言っても、言葉に表せない人々が、可能な限り、ことばを話せる状態にしてあげることが重要なのですよね。自分のことばで語ることが出来るように教育することが可能であれば、それが個人にとってもコミュニティーや国にそしてもっと大きな規模での世界にとって最善のことだと痛感しています。

What I understand is that we've got to think about the English education before or after we teach typical conversation skills. We should teach how to think and express our feelings and also we need to make it clear what we introduce our culture to foreign countries, consequence we study them more.
And we might have to face the situation that we need to persuade the people who have different opinions because of the diverse of the culture, tastes or preferences or choices.
Plus minus for the Early English Education for Young Learners still exists.
