How are you enjoying this long weekend?
Yesterday, I walked and checked some shopping streets, called shotengai, in Kawasaki.
Also, I visited a few real estate agencies and asked for some information about vacant properties in the area.
Actually, my request of property - for example, 50㎡, 1st floor, not far from the nearest station and so on, is a very popular request and everyone wants to get.
So, the competition is very severe, and the information I got was not so positive, but I’ll not give up trying to find the best one for me!
After checking some shopping streets, I met my friends who I met in the business seminar in Kawasaki last year, and talked about each other’s business.
It was worth meeting them and talking about each one’s progress!
I hope I can tell them better news about my English school business next time!!

本日は“英語学校起業に向けた川崎市商店街チェックの旅と起業家仲間との集い”です。
昨日、川崎市の商店街を歩いて見てきました。
また、ついでに川崎の不動産屋さんにも立ち寄り、空いている物件の情報を聞くことができました。
自分の希望の条件（例えば、50㎡以上の１階で、駅からそれほど遠くではない、など）はとても人気の条件で、物件を探している皆さんが欲しい条件のようで、正直その川崎のエリアでは厳しい、というお話を聞くことができました。
が、あきらめることなく、自分にぴったりの物件を探したいと思います！！
商店街をチェックした後、昨年の川崎の商人デビュー塾（起業家セミナー）で知り合った方たちとお会いし、お互いの起業の進み具合などを話しあうことができました！！
次回またお会いする時に良いお知らせができるよう、本日も前向きに一歩前進したいと思います！！
