In California, we have these kinds of trees and plants everywhere. They fill the air with beautiful smells. My house in California where I grew up, we had eucalyptus trees about 15 meters high and hung a swing from the huge branches. We also had a fire pit outside our house and we put the fallen eucalyptus leaves in the fire...Oh it smells so good ! And white sage grows like weeds in the high desert of California, I miss the smell of the sage and eucalyptus in the air.
Behind starry, our land owner has a big garden area with lots of plants. I never noticed the sage and eucalyptus. I was so happy to see them and talked with the landowner about these trees and plants.
I feel SO at home to see and smell these kinds of plants at Starry everyday
