. That helps me a lot. It’s also a great time to learn life’s lessons

To all our students…I think of you and pray for you often. I am so proud of all of you. You are growing in maturity and your English ability
. Most important is to be comfortable with foreigners and the communication will come naturally
. I learned that when I lived in Thailand for 2 years and Laos for 2 years. I tried not to learn the language because I was afraid of forgetting how to speak Japanese. DOH !!! 
Even though I could not speak their language very well, I prospered in volunteering for the people and work. ENJOY LIFE…good and bad

p.s. Last weekend I was able see the new tarp we bought for the homeless man who lost his blue sheet in the typhoon a few weeks ago. He wanted to put it on himself. So, I went to see it last weekend. I’m so happy to help others when life is hard. We all need help sometime…
