My winter vacation was memorable. I went to the US and I got the chance to meet my family and spend Christmas and New Year with them. Aside from being with my family, we had a chance to travel to some parts of the US states like California, Nevada, and Arizona.
It`s been a long time since I've been in America. After almost two decades, I had a chance to visit again. This time, I stayed in Los Angeles. I toured downtown Los Angeles, visited some famous museums like The Broad, and visited the famous library ` The Old Library`, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Beverly Hills. I had a chance to ride on their subway trains, but in my opinion, trains here in Japan are way better than in the US.
After Christmas, we also went to Las Vegas and I was impressed with the glitz and glamour of the city. Vegas is a fancy place. City lights will beautifully blind your eyes with their colorful and bright lights. There are many Casinos in Vegas. Well, I don’t gamble it`s a waste of money that's why I just watched some casino players trying their luck to win money. Since we were in Las Vegas we visited the famous tourist spot which is the Hoover Dam and Passed by Arizona. After that 3-day vacation in Las Vegas, we went back to California and visited Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Malibu. Those places were spectacular. I like the beach vibe of the place. I enjoyed it a lot.
Lastly, I went to the US MIDWAY museum and Sea World. I was impressed with the US MIDWAY museum where you can see fighter jets, helicopters, etc. But what I enjoyed the most was the Sea World. I watched the killer whales ` ORCA ` show. I was impressed with the well-trained killer whales.
