Last weekend, I planned to eat a burger that was recommended by my Japanese friend. He said that there is a famous American style burger shop in Matsushima, The Harry`s Junction. Last Monday, I went there with my friends and gave it a shot.
We ordered their famous burger, Harry`s Burger. It was quite big and looked like an American burger. It had cheese, a slice of tomato, lettuce, fried onion rings, a burger patty, and their secret sauce. When I started to eat the burger, it was so messy at first because the stuffing between the burger bun was too thick.
Since it was a planned day to eat in that burger shop, I made sure that my stomach was empty. At my first bite all I can say it was delicious. It`s a real American burger. But when I ate half of the burger. I realized that the patty was not that hot or freshly grilled out of the griller. It`s like they all prepared and grilled the patty right before the store opened. But I think that’s the way it goes. I`m not a fan of warm food. I liked it hot. That’s why I realized that MOS Burger was still the best burger for me. Because they are serving their burgers hot.
In my own opinion, Harry`s Junction burger was delicious and I can definitely recommend it if you want to taste the real American burger.
