I had something that brings me down.,.today.
Actually I committed a blunder...

It happened two days ago,
Still I haven't realized it since I receive an email from our supplier.

知らぬが仏とはまさにこのこと。
でも知らせてくれた仕入れ先に感謝。

What should I do right now?

I was completely upset.

My senior checked what's is happening now and then told me the things which we have to do immediately.

He was calm quite a bit.

And also he said to me
'No need to rush, just take care of this incident without being upset.'
No one can't go back to the past.

Thanks to him, we cope with the issue within an hour.

And then I made a verbal report to our boss.

What happened, when was that , what caused this situation and I should do from now on to avoid this will happen again.
Of course I told him the problem which has been clear now.


I was depressed and couldn't sleep well.
However my senior told me again this morning.

Whatever happened, we should cope with it as soon as possible.

That's the most important thing.

No one can do the things flawlessly.

I'm glad that I can work with him😄

I went to Kanazawa with my husband the other day.
It was the first time to visit there to us.

We headed to Ishikawa prefecture by our car.

We left for there around 2 pm.

Car navigation system says,
it will take roughly 4 hours to get Kanazawa.

We 'd like to arrive the city until getting dark.

My driving skill is still too poor to drive a free way likewise 名神 （笑）

It's pretty busy and many delivery trucks are using, as you may know.

So I was just sitting a passenger 's seat.
I didn't drive at all

We could barely arrived Kanazawa before dark, around 6 pm.







And we found a 居酒屋 which seems to enjoy sea food dishes.


Sea bream and squid


Deep fried oysters


Grilled のどぐろwith salt
小さい！（笑）1500yen!

According to the server, this is one of a highly recommended dish at Kanazawa.

We enjoyed the local sea food.

When we went to out side, wow! It started raining so heavily....

If we go to the parking lot now, we'll get all wet

We dropped by a cafe to wait to stop raining.

That reminds me of an old proverb something like that it said by my friend's mother who is from Ishikawa prefecture.

Even if you forget your lunch,
you don't forget your umbrella.

弁当忘れても傘忘れるな☂️

Next morning,
We visited 兼六園.





After that we went to 近江町市場.



It was very similar to 黒門市場.
So crowded with sightseers.

Actually That's not my favorite, we left the market and went back to Osaka🚘

A month has been left since I was formally assigned to the over seas division.

Time flies!

Before I knew it I'm getting used to working this work place.

Fortunately, my new boss and senior staff are so kind and friendly.

I think that circumstance could boost productivity.

Actually, almost all of our company's regular employees work until they reach retiring age.

ほとんどの正社員は定年まで働く。

Looking back, my former work mate showed me a cold shoulder and then it got into a negative rut.
It caused a typical vicious circle, sales reps left one after another.

前職は営業さんたちが次々と辞めた。


My new work place is completely different!

Because of a good human relationship!


Any way,
Working 8 hours requires a lot of energy.
I have come to go to bed earlier than before.

とにかく眠い(^^;;


I fall a sleep before my head hits the pillow.
