Our forwarder called me to ask the HS code for the new products.

After that the forwarder stopped calling and asking.
Around 2 pm or so I got an email with attached file from forwarder.
It passed the customs clearance at last 😭

っていうか輸入許可になったら先に電話してよ!
That's the hardest thing that I coped with.
今までで最も大変だった案件。
やっと一息ついた時、トレイシーからメールが✉️
