Winter has come.
These days I have come to get used to work as a regular employee.
First thing in the morning,
I check my inbox everyday.
With Checking emails from our suppliers and I take care of some documents for the custom clearance.
We usually purchase the goods and some material from overseas countries which are dispatched by surface; 船便.
Roughly three times a week, the goods which we ordered arrive in Japan.
Almost all of them discharge at Kobe port, Osaka or Tokyo.
So I should cope with checking those documents to prepare for passing through the custom.
Sometimes, the shipper doesn't give us the shipping documents after they shipped out our order.
Then, I email them and to ask send the documents immediately.
Meanwhile,
Some of our suppliers are so meticulous.
They give us the shipping ones once they loaded the goods.
Whenever I receive it,
I make it a rule to send an email to say 'thank you, we received it for sure '
One day, I emailed one of our supplier twice a day for our two orders; she gave us the shipping documents respectively.
I send ' Thank you ' to each of them respectively .
Then I got reply from her and she said as follows,
You must be a lovely girl, haha
I believe that we can get along each other in the future:)
笑うくらい几帳面過ぎる奴と思われたのか？
いや、違う。
自分と同じで親近感を持ってくれたということにしよう。
Anyway try to be positive!
