現在「審議中」ですが、受け入れの業種と人数の説明は「乏しい根拠」です。
虚偽のデータの提供もあります。日本政府は業界の言いなりです。
自民党や安倍内閣に「日本人第一」の考えがありません。
最大の問題は野党に「入管法」や「人権」を理解しようとする議員がいないことです。

拝啓、先週の続きです。

２．私たちの耳は「象の耳」と同じなんです!
これは、取調べの際、警察官の賀未（仮名）と雑談したときの話です。
でも、検察官はこう言う話は公判では公表しない。
警察官の賀未（仮名）は、私に、「Kin Gungaku」の逮捕前に、
彼の経営する中華料理店に客として調査に行った。
夜でしたが、店は繁盛していた。
私は、警察官に「彼は、商売の才能はあるようですね」と言った。
警察官は、続けて、そのときの店の「状態」を話し始めた。
彼が「厨房」から出てくると、中国人のような、なじみの客と話し出した。
警察官は言った「私たち耳は「象の耳」と同じなんです」。
（警察官は彼らの話を聞いていたのです）。
客は言った「マスター、私は中国人のために「ビザが欲しい」、ビザを手に入れたい」と言った。
「Kin Gungaku」は言った「うちの店はだめですよ。
可能性があるので、他の中国人に聞いてみますよ」。
私は警察官に言った「Ｌ社は事務所を閉めるので、Ｌ社ではないですよ」。
警察官は言った「勿論わかっていますよ」。
警察官は言った「Kin Gungaku」は、「厨房」に入ったり出たりしていた、
そして彼はその客と「ビザの話」を続けていた。

これは「Kin Gungaku」が「在留資格の取得」のブローカーをやっていた証拠です。
しかし公判では私が「事件の首謀者」なのです。
公判の検察官は「知らぬふり」をして私を「事件の首謀者」として「創り上げる」です。

参考、しかし「Kin Gungaku」は罪になりません。個人の取引です。
現在では、
入管法2-4-4条の支援は「在留資格の取り消し」となり「国外への強制退去」になります。
刑事処分ではありません。

日本はＥＵのように「外国人労働者」の問題で国を二分してはいけない。
世界の流れは、外国人労働者を自国に受け入れません。
労働力が不足すれば輸出を減らしてアメリカと喧嘩をしないことです。
アメリカを「食い物」にするのはやめよう!

この事件は国際法違反です。
各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。
条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。
世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
