Even the United States cannot protect its security with its current military spending. That is because from now on, it will be "nuclear warfare" such as "EMP".

Even if 100% of France's national budget is allocated to military expenses, it will not be possible to protect France from ʻEMP attacks`. The French government "should be smart".

米国やEU諸国は、「なぜ」ウクライナを支援するのですか。ゼレンスキーは「ミンスク合意」を破棄して、領土を戦争で取り戻すことを「選挙の公約」にして大統領になった。この事実は完全に「アウト」です。

「2014年、2015年、にミンスク合意というのがあります。親ロ派勢力が侵攻している地域、これは今のままにしておく。

それで、その地域で自由な選挙をOSCE（欧州安全保障協力機構）が、監視して公正な選挙をやって、それで政府を作る。皆、これで納得したのです。

「2014年の合意は、「ウクライナの大統領」と「ロシアの大統領」と「ドネツクとルガンスクのトップ」が署名した。ところが、「その合意」をしても「お互い」が守らない。

翌年、「フランスとドイツ」が相談して、「前年のミンスク議定書」に基づいて「新しい案」を作って、それに「ロシアとウクライナ」が加わって「本部」が出来た。

ミンスク議定書を実行するための「付属文書」が出来きた。その付属文書にはロシア、ウクライナ、OSCE、ドネツク、ルガンスクの代表が署名している。

だから皆、この文書は合意している。しかも国連で登録されて、条約になっているから拘束力を持ちます。これを破棄するなら、国連すらいらない。

「ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領の主張：彼は「条件が変わった」、「ウクライナ国民は、ミンスク合意は認められない」。「ウクライナ国民は、これじゃできない」。

ゼレンスキー氏：ウクライナ国民は、誰がミンスク合意に署名したのか知らない。署名したのは前の大統領。前の大統領が外国と約束したことは守らなくてよい。

国際社会の意見：ゼレンスキー氏の主張は民主主義社会では許されない。

しかし、ウクライナ政府は「そういう連中」とは「話ができない」と言って「一切の対話」を拒否した。このウクライナの態度は許されない。だから戦争になって当然です。

民主主義社会は、約束を守ることが基本です。ゼレンスキーは、国連で登録された条約さえ守らなくてよいという。これでは国際社会は、成り立たない。

「NATO」の加盟国は民主主義の政治をするべきです。世界のリベラルな市民は、米国とその同盟国の主張を「軽蔑=disdain」しています。

「ウクライナ戦争」に関していえば、正義はロシアです。民主主義のルールを破っているのはウクライナです。

各国はウクライナへの武器の提供をやめて、ウクライナの人々の民主主義の教育を行うべきです。

マクロン大統領は、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻などを受けて、2024年から7年間の国防費を前の期間に比べておよそ1.3倍となる4000億ユーロに増やすと言う。

マクロンは「装備品」の「増強や近代化」を進める考えを示した。しかし「こんな少額の軍事費」ではフランスの安全保障は守れない。マクロンは「戦争のない社会」を作る「努力」をするべきだ。

アメリカでさえ、今の軍事費では米国の安全保障は守れない。それは、これからは「ＥＭＰ」などの「原子力の戦争」だからです。

フランスの国家予算を１００％、軍事費に充てても、「ＥＭＰ攻撃」からフランスを守ることはできない。フランス政府は「賢くなるべき」です。

「原子力戦争」の時代は「米国、ロシア、中国」の３か国が「３国の軍事同盟」を「結成」して「相互の安全保障条約」を結ぶべきです。

世界の紛争は「３国の軍事同盟」が仲介するべきです。違反には、経済制裁ではなく「３国の軍事同盟」が、「ＥＭＳ攻撃」で「制裁」をするべきです。

今の世界、「３国の軍事同盟」に「反抗」できる国家はありません。「３国軍事同盟」の下では、各国は軍隊すら不要です。軍事費は「少子高齢化」の予算に補充されるべきです。

マクロン大統領は、軍事費を増やすのではなく「３国軍事同盟」の設立に「尽力」をするべきです。

その「尽力」にたいして、フランス（又はＥＣ）は「３国軍事同盟」の準メンバーとなる名誉を得るべきです。

少子化対策は、問題がありすぎる。対策をしたくても「カネ」がない。

岸田内閣は、国家安全保障戦略など安保関連3文書を改訂。今後5年間で43兆円という巨費を防衛費に注ぎ込む防衛力の増強方針を打ち出した。

多くの日本国民は「増税」に反対しています。インフレで苦しんでいます。日本人の給料は３０年間も上がりません。

岸田総理がバイデンから異例の「おもてなし」を受けるが、アメリカへの手土産にした「防衛力の大幅拡大」を岸田政権は本当に実現できるのか。

日本はイタリア以上の借金国です。財源で日本の世論は揺れています。

昨年末に“国の安全”を理由に「所得税」「法人税」「たばこ税」の防衛増税を決めたばかり。しかし今度は「少子化」対策で「消費税」まで「上げよう」と言う。

消費税率を何％上げるつもりなのか。政府・与党が内々に計算している増税額は10兆円だという。

財源不足は合わせて10兆円。消費税率を最低でも14％に上げないとまかなえない金額だ。

東京都、18歳以下に月5000円給付へ。所得制限設けず。第2子の保育料無償化も検討。出生率念頭なら未婚率も考慮を。

少子化対策は、問題がありすぎる。対策をしたくても「カネ」がない。

中国国家統計局が１月17日発表した2022年末の総人口は14億1175万人で、21年末から85万人減った。61年ぶりに減少した。2年連続で1949年の建国以来の最少を記録した。

中国政府は産児制限を事実上廃止したが少子化に歯止めがかからない。

中国の男性の法定退職年齢である60歳以上の比率は19.8%で0.9ポイント上がった。働き手の減少は中長期の経済成長の足かせになりかねない。

フランスは、1世紀にわたり少子化に取り組んできた国です。出産育児にかかわる問題をひとつづつ解決し、たえず家族政策の改革、改善に取り組むことにより、少子化問題に向き合おうとしています。

少子化問題について、日本や中国はフランスを見習うべきです。

アメリカはウクライナ戦争を「誘発」した。バイデン政権は「世界情勢の危機感」を「煽り」、各国に「軍事費の増大」を「要求」している。

しか日本のように、どの国も「カネ」がない。優先すべきは「少子化」対策です。

防衛費の増額は「際限」がない。今後は宇宙戦争になるとい言われている。各国は「EMP」対策が急務になっている。

アメリカでさえ「EMP対策」は「ギブアップ」している。そのくせ兵器で「ウクライナ戦争」をしている。クレイジーだ。

「EMP対策」に、想像を絶する「カネ」が必要だ。中国やロシアも同じだ。今までのインフラや「製品作り」を根本から見直す必要がある。戦争を前提の「安保対策」は無理です。

だから私は、「米国・中国・ロシア」の３国による「Ｇ３　軍事同盟」の「設立」を提案している。まず３国の安全保障を「Ｇ３軍事同盟」で確立するべきだ。

北朝鮮は「Ｇ３　軍事同盟」の準加盟国するべきだ。「ＮＡＴＯ」は解体して「EC軍」を設立して、「Ｇ３軍事同盟」の準加盟国するべきだ。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟」が確立されると、各国の軍隊は必要がなくなる。「国境警備のような」な軍隊になるだろう。各国の軍事費は大幅に低減するだろう。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟や準加盟国」の軍事費も低減されるだろう。各国で低減された軍事予算は「少子化・高齢化対策」に使うべきだ。各国の国民生活は飛躍的に向上するだろう。

世界の「移民・難民」の生活を支援することが重要です。彼らを放っておけば、不安な社会になる。

先進国は世界に「特別地帯」を建設して、「移民・難民」を受け入れるべきだ。これらを実現するのが、政治家だのスキルだ。

これは歴史の教科書に載る決定だ。独はウクライナへの「主力戦車レオパルト２」の供与を拒否した。ドイツは「ロシアとNATO」の戦争になることを避けた。

しかしドイツは、まだ揺れている。ドイツはアメリカを見ている。ドイツは米国の５２番目の州になりたいようだ。

「ロシア・ウクライナ最終決戦」の予兆！ 歴史の教科書に載るであろう「大きな戦い」が近づいている。しかし、ドイツは「Nato/ロシア戦争」を拒否。他の「Ｎａｔｏ諸国」も追随するべきだ。

ロシアは、北朝鮮から武器、弾薬を買い戻し、イランからドローンを購入している。中国は、ロシアから原油、天然ガスを安く輸入しているが、武器支援は行っていない。しかし、・・・・

ロシア軍は昨年7月時点で、ルガンスク州を制圧している。しかし、ドネツク州は50％程度しか支配できていない。プーチンはゲラシモフに、「3月までにドネツク州を制圧しろ」と命じた。

ベラルーシ領からロシア軍（とベラルーシ軍？）がキーウに南進し、東の軍はドネツク州制圧を目指す。

ウクライナ軍は、北と東で「二正面作戦」を強いられる。ロシア軍はドネツク州を「完全に制圧」しやすくなるということなのだろう。

ロシアには、「ルガンスク、ドネツクでジェノサイドされているロシア系住民を救済する」という「大義名分」がある。

ロシア軍がルガンスク、ドネツク州を完全制圧できれば、プーチンの「面目=reputation」が立つ。

ドイツはウクライナへの「ドイツの主力戦車レオパルト２」の供与を許可せず。ドイツは「ロシアとNATO」の戦争になることは避ける。ドイツは、ドイツ国内を戦場にしたくない。

こんどはウクライナが「孤立する番」だ。彼は「民主主義の基本」が理解できていない。ウクライナ戦争はゼレンスキーが「上映」している「コメディ」だ！

ゼレンスキーは「ミンスク合意」を破棄して「領土問題を戦争で奪い返す」ことを「選挙の公約」にした。とんでもない役者だ、。

プーチン大統領はウクライナでの勝利は「必然」と語った。国内の強力な「軍産複合体」が生産を拡大しており、これがウクライナでロシアが勝利する要因の一つだと語った。

プーチン氏はロシアの軍需産業が製造している対空ミサイルの数は、世界の他の国々の合計とほぼ同じであり、米国の３倍だと指摘。「勝利は確実だ。間違いない」と彼は言明した。

ドイツはロシアとの戦争を避けた。フランスなども追従するだろう。アメリカはロシアと直接戦争をする気だろうか。アメリカ国民はバイデンを「追及」するべきだ。

もし、アメリカがロシアとの戦争をするならば、プーチンは「ＥＭＰ兵器」を使うべきだ。「ＥＭＰ攻撃」を受ければ、アメリカは「無条件降伏」をするしかない。

「米国の連邦議会の議員」は「米国はウクライナ戦争から撤退する決議」をするべきだ。そして「米国・ロシア・中国」による「Ｇ３軍事同盟」を「結成」するべきだ。これは歴史の教科書に載るだろう。。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟」が「結成」されれば、世界は戦争のない社会になるだろう。各国は軍隊すらいらない社会だ。各国の国民は「豊かな生活」になるだろう。

先進国は少子高齢の対策のためにも、「特別地帯」を建設して、「移民・難民」」との共栄を図るべきだ。
