 安倍元首相の銃撃事件以降、“統一教会”と政治家との関わりが次々と浮き彫りになっています。関連団体のイベントに実行委員長として元閣僚が参加し、教団が複数の自民党議員へ選挙協力していたことも判明。互いに何を頼っていたのでしょうか。

■下村氏が文科相時代に「名称変更」
自民党・安倍派の幹部である下村博文衆院議員が文部科学大臣を務めていた2015年、いわゆる“統一教会”の名称が変わった件を、野党が追及しています。下村氏は21日、報道陣に対し「全く関わっていません」と自身の関与を否定しました。

共産党の宮本徹衆院議員は、「なぜ、名称を変更したのかという理由のところは真っ黒で…」と指摘します。名称変更の経緯について文化庁に情報開示を請求した結果、黒塗りの資料が示されました。

教団が提出した文書に至っては、まるごと真っ黒でした。全てを閲覧できるよう交渉中だといいます。

「大阪王将」の元従業員が、調理場にナメクジが大量発生していると告発し、SNS上で炎上。店側が謝罪する事態となりました。元従業員本人に単独インタビューし、告発に至った経緯を聞きました。

■「ナメクジ超大量発生」元従業員が激白

　AさんのSNSから：「ナメクジ超大量発生してます」

　24日に男性が行ったSNSへの投稿です。

　勤務していた中華料理チェーン・大阪王将のフランチャイズ店の厨房（ちゅうぼう）に、ナメクジなどが大量に発生しているという衝撃的な内容でした。

　SNSの反応：「暴露の内容が想像を超えてて、鳥肌立ってる…」「何度も利用したことある店舗なんで、めちゃくちゃ憤ってます」

　SNS上で大きな騒動となるなか、投稿した男性に話を聞くことができました。

　Aさん：「ナメクジが5、6匹（冷蔵庫の隙間に）挟まっていて、大量に」

　4年前から仙台市内にある店舗で、正社員として勤務していたAさん。今月24日に店を辞め、その日にSNSで、店の厨房の不衛生ぶりなどを明らかにしました。

　以前は、ナメクジが出る度に、掃除をしていたといいますが、去年9月に店長が異動。そこから悪夢が始まったというのです。

　Aさん：「調理器具とか鍋とか壁とか、あとは食器磨いたりとかが必要だと思うんですけど。そういうのが、半年以上ずっと何にもなされていない状況で。設備とかも壊れて、店舗の管理がほとんどされてない」

　新しい店長は、衛生面について見て見ぬふりの状態だったといい、厨房は飲食を提供する場所とは思えない有り様だったといいます。

　Aさん：「僕が1回、冷蔵庫開けて、開けた時の衝撃で、ナメクジが手に飛んできて。気持ち悪すぎて。調理器具とかにもいっぱい付いていたり、冷蔵庫の隙間にもいっぱいたまってたりする状況になってました」

　ナメクジが大量発生した際には、店長に報告をしたといいますが、「ザルにもいるから気を付けて」と言うだけで、具体的な対策は何も取らなかったといいます。

■店ぐるみで“野良猫”飼育…本社対応は？

　不衛生な対応は他にもありました。

　Aさん：「野良猫に関しては、朝の立ち上げで、アルバイトで入っているおばちゃんがいるんですけど。その方がかわいそうだからと、雨の日に段ボールを置いてたのを、そのまま入ってすみ着いてみたいな感じで。マネージャーとか店長とかも容認して、お店で飼ってるみたいな感じだった」

私の訴えも、全く同じです！
彼らの「自由の剥奪」は「恣意的（しいてき）」です。彼らは「法律に従わず」に「自分勝手」です。
彼らは論理的な必然性がなく、「思うまま」に「処罰」しています。
世界人権宣言の第9条、10条、11条、
そして市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約の第9条、10条、14条に違反しており、恣意的です。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。
私は「法の論理」で説明して「無罪」を主張しました。
すると、警察官や検察官はこう言いました。
「貴方は一般論で罪を認めるべきだ」。
一般論で処罰する国は日本だけです！
裁判官は「何ら関係のない論理」で因果関係をいいました（判決書を参照してください）

「起訴状」を見てください！当時は犯罪にはなりませんでした。
犯罪にならないから2017年に入管法を改正して処罰できるようにしました。
憲法39条により「遡及」して処罰することはできません。
日本を「日本を法の下で統治する国にしてください！
日本が「人権」を守る国にしてください！
米国人の被害者もいます。世界中にたくさんの被害者がいます。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。
罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。
検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。
よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。
2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の
「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、
「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。

第３部。特別地帯の建設。
同盟国は「経済と安保」を「一体」にするべきだ！
最大の安全保障は中国製品に勝つことだ。そのためには
「移民や難民」を「特別地帯」で「暫定移民」として受け入れるべきです。
「暫定移民」は「特別地帯」に居住が制限されています。
「暫定移民」は「中国の労働者」より安い「低賃金の労働者」です。
しかし、仕事のない「彼ら」には「恵みの収入」です。
これにより私たちは中国の製品より安価な製品を市場に提供できます。
「本土の労働者」は「暫定移民」と分離して労働をすることで「高賃金」になります。
世界はは市場経済のルールで貿易を行うべきだ。
私たちは「貧者、移民、難民」を助けて、豊かになるべきです。

「EU」による「アルジェリアの特別地帯」、
米国による「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」、新ＴＰＰ（ＩＰＰ）による「オーストラリアの特別地帯」、
日本の「沖縄の特別地帯」....です。
「特別地帯」は、難民や貧民を「暫定移民」として「受け入れ」ます。
彼らは「先進国の労働者」と「分離」します。

オーストラリアは、オーストラリアのGDPに日本のGDPを加算した国家規模になります。イギリスは高度な部品や素材を「オーストラリアの特別地帯」に輸出します。英国が復活するにはこれしかありません。

「オーストラリアの特別地帯」で製造する製品は主として、「中国で生産して、英国や東南アジア諸国が中国から輸入をしている製品」です。極論を言うと、英国などの企業は製品開発と付加価値の高い部品の生産に特化します。製品の組み立ては「特別地帯」で行います。

「オーストラリアの特別地帯」を運営するには「１億人くらい」の「移民」が必要です。この移民の殆どは「パレスチナなど」からの移民です。「オーストラリアの特別地帯」は何度も提案しています。「第３部の特別地帯の建設」を御覧ください。

「第３部の特別地帯の建設」が具体化しないので、今日は「ASEAN」で「商工会」を設立する構想を話します。「経営母体」は東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）です。「商工会」は加盟国の商工業を推進する協同組合です。

域内の総人口は6億6,000万人（2020年）を超えており、EUの4億4,000万人（2020年）よりも多い。さらに人口増加率も高い。ASEANを一つの国家として見た場合、人口であれば世界3位、2030年までに「この地域のGDP」は世界4位の規模を持つことになる。

ASEANは「東南アジアの10カ国」からなる地域の「政府間の組織」です。ASEANは「政府間の協力」を促進して、加盟国と「アジアのほかの国々」の間で経済、政治、安全保障、軍事、教育、社会文化の統合を促進している。2007年、「ASEAN憲章」を採択した。

「商工会」については２７日の「ラテンアメリカ・カリブ諸国共同体」と同じ「要領」の運営です。ASEANには、すでに日本や中国、韓国、さらに欧米諸国の企業が進出している。そのため経済面で「域内」を「一本化」することが非常に難しい。

「ASEAN」は「家電製品」「自動車」のメーカを「商工会」の「ASEAN」の「資本」の「ブランド」で経営するべきです。加盟国の政府機関などは「ASEANブランド」で生産された製品を優先して購入するべきです。民需についても優先する政策にするべきです、そして輸入品と競争をするべきです。
