2019-02-06:日本政府は「フィリッピンの外交官」を違法に拉致して犯罪人にした。
外交官はフィリッピンに逃げて帰った。
世界の警察官が弱くなると、世界を法の下で統治できなくなった。
まもなくアジアで戦争が始まる!それはクレイジーだ!

拝啓。私たちだけでなく、私の知る限り、
２０１４年、２０１５年にはフィリピン大使館職員や外交官まで同様の「不法な論理」で処分されています。

やり方は、まったく同じです。
被害者は何百万人にも及ぶと思います。
ナチスの犯罪よりも被害者は多いのです。
被害者の多くは貧しい者が多いのです。

ＯＨＣＨＲは機能しません。
ＯＨＣＨＲはアフリカの特定国の人権侵害しか扱いません。
ＯＨＣＨＲは資金提供の国の人権侵害には関心を持ちません。
世界の人権は「カネ」で動くのです。
アフリカ諸国は立ち上がるべきです。
国連に、新しい人権の組織を作るべきです。

アフリカ諸国は、大国の「奴隷」ではない。
アメリカが警察官をするべきです。
皆でドナルドトランプ大統領に、呼び掛けよう!!

これでも、貴女は、理解できませんか?それとも、あなたは正義がない、のですか?
世界を自由と民主主義そして人権が守られる社会にするために立ち上がってください。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
日本政府による「国際的」な人権侵害です。
私たちの「名誉の回復と賠償」が行われるように、皆様のご支援をお願いします。

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。

しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」しましたが、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。

違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が無罪であるならば、違法に働いた外国人は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．検察が「刑法62条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」を適用する「犯罪の理由」は以下です。
外国人が入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法６２条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」は適用できません。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

2019-02-06: The Japanese government illegally abducted the "diplomat
of the Philippines" to become a criminal.

African countries should stand up.
We should create a new human rights organization in the United Nations.

African countries are not "slaves" of the great powers.
America should do "world policemen".
Let's all call on President Donald Trump !!

I "appeal" the two things.
It is "international" human rights violation by the Japanese government.
We ask for your support so that our "honor recovery and compensation" will be done.

1. Foreigners conducted "illegal work" other than "qualification for residence".
But a foreigner is innocent.

Only foreigners were punished by Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act "Sins of illegal labor".
On the other hand,
the Immigration Control Act punishes employers
who are "cause-and-effect relationships" of illegal work with the Immigration Act 73-2
(a crime that promotes illegal employment).

However, the Japanese judiciary "disposal" only foreigners,
but they do not dispose of employers.
This obviously violates "principle of equality under the law"
And we are in violation of international law prohibiting conscious disposal only of foreigners.

If an employer who illegally employed a foreigner is innocent,
a foreigner who has worked illegally is innocent.
If so, there is no one "who supported other crimes of criminal law" against Article 70
of the Immigration Act.
"I, KinGungaku, a diplomat in the Philippine country,
a staff member of the Philippine Embassy" is innocent.

2. The "reason for crime" to which the prosecution applies "Article 62 of the Criminal Code,
(crime of supporting other crimes)" is as follows.
Foreigners conducted the act prescribed in Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Act
(acquisition of status of residence by submitting false documents).
However, there is no "criminal punishment" against this.
Disposition is "cancellation of status of residence" by "Minister of Justice"
and "compulsory withdrawal to foreign countries".
Therefore, "Article 62 of the Penal Code,
(crime of supporting other crimes)" can not be applied.

The Japanese government is "crushing" complaints.
"Crush" by state power is "stop" of "Statute of limitations".
