2018-11-21:この入管法違反事件では、数えきれないほど多くの外国人が被害にあっています。
今の国際社会は「殺人」が行われないと「人権侵害」と言わないようです。
「違法に逮捕」されて犯罪者にさせられたものは「死刑と同じような苦しみ」を受けます。
欧米社会は東洋のことを理解すべきです。

拝啓、私は日本人です。私は2つの主張をしています。混乱しないでください。

1つめは、外国人が（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反をした労働の罪」で刑事処罰されました。
しかし彼らを雇用した雇用者は（入管法73-2条）の「違法な労働を支援する罪」で処分されない。
これは外国人だけを意識的に差別する国際法違反です。「法の下で平等の原則」で、も、彼らは無罪です。

2つめは、私や外交官らが上記「外国人の違法な労働」の行為を支援したとして
(刑法の62条)の「他の犯罪を支援した罪」で処罰されたことです。
これは2つの理由で無罪です。

Ａ）１つめ主張で外国人が無罪であれば、（入管法70条）の
「在留資格の違反した労働の罪」を支援した者は誰もいません。私たちは無罪です。
Ｂ）起訴状は、（入管法22-4-4条）の「虚偽の書類の提出による在留資格の取り消し」を支援した理由で、
（刑法の62条）を適用した。

しかし（入管法22-4-4条）は「在留資格の取り消し」であり刑事上の処罰ではありません。
（これは適用法の意識的な違反です）。
私たちは無罪です。

「法の下で統治」がなされていない日本において被害を受けるのは外国人であるということです。
そんな阿呆な！と誰でも思うでしょう。
検察官は「風が吹けばtubShopが儲かる論法」で、「正しいこと」を「犯罪化」する。
検察官は「刑法での、他の犯罪を支援する罪」を不法に適用する。
しかし、警察官、検察官、裁判官は、生命、身体の自由を奪う権限、そして財産を奪う権限まで持っている。
だから私は抵抗が「不可能」なのです。
国家権力の「不法な行使」です。これは犯罪です。
「従軍慰安婦」の「強制的な連行」と同じです。
日本政府は、フィリピン大使館の職員が「日本法に違反した」といいます。
これは「嘘のシナリオ」です。
このままでは、後世になっても、日本政府は、またも「糾弾」を受けるでしょう。
日本政府が「嘘のシナリオ」を作るからです。
日本政府はまったく反省がない!

日本政府は日本国民に「フィリピンは日本の外交先として「取るに足らない国」」だと言いたいのです。
フィリピンの外交官は日本に来て犯罪を犯して逃亡した。

この犯罪を止めなければならない新聞社までもが、
この犯罪をあたかも正当であるように国民を洗脳しているのです。
まさに戦時中に、日本軍の本部の「嘘偽の発表」をそのまま真実であるように報道して
「戦争の遂行」を助長した新聞と同じです。

だから、日本は「軍事国家化」している、と言われるのです。
戦争中、「国会議員」は軍隊を恐れて何も言わなかったのです。
今日の日本でも、「入管法違反幇助事件」で「私の訴え」に、
政党や国会議員は警察官、検察官、裁判官のする「犯罪の行為」を何も言わないのです。

入管法では、「嘘偽の書類」を提出して「在留の資格」を得ても、
入管法（第24-4-4条）の在留資格取消（嘘偽の書類堤出）で法務大臣から「在留の資格」の取消を受けます。
そして「国外へ退去」の「行政の処分」を受けるだけです。
何ら刑事処分は受けないのです。

日本は警察官、検察官、裁判官は、彼らの「意に反する者」は、
簡単に「意に反する者」を犯罪人にして「抹殺」するのです。
中国政府のやることが気に入らなければ、中国人を「犯罪人」にするのです。
フィリピン政府が気に入らなければ、外交官でも、犯罪人にするのです。
彼らは身体の自由を「奪い」、そして、財産まで「奪う」のです。
それが可能なのは、彼らは「国家権力」を持っているからです。
彼らに憲法や法律はいらないのです。
いつか、彼らは自衛隊をも彼らの意のままに動かすのでしょう・・・・
日本は、特別公務員によって、間違いなく「軍国」しています。
日本は戦争の「前夜」なのかもしれません。
おそらく日本政府の敵はアメリカだと思います。

この事件は国際法違反です。各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。
条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。
世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
