日本政府は言います。「技能の研修生」は移民ではない。「単純労働者」は移民ではない。

私は10年前、中国からの「技能の研修生」を見てきました。
名古屋の「縫製会社」が「技能の研修生」を採用しました。
「技能の研修生」は、逃げないように全員が会社の「宿泊施設」で生活します。
会社の仕事場と「宿泊施設」はごく近い距離です。
「技能の研修生」が「宿泊施設」に入ると「施錠」をします。
「技能の研修生」の「逃亡」を防ぐために、中国人の「A watchman」が見張っています。
この中国人の「A watchman」は、
日本の「専門学校」を卒業してから「人文・国際」の在留資格を取得して、
この「Sewing company」に入社したのです。
彼の仕事は「技能の研修生」を24時間、監視することです。
「技能の研修生」は、平日は残業で深夜まで働きますので外出できません。
日曜日、「技能の研修生」はスパーマーケットに買い物に行きます。
「A watchman」は、この買い物にもついていきます。
「技能の研修生」が逃げることは、難しいと思います。
しかし現実には、多くの「技能の研修生」が指定された会社から逃げ出しています。
そして「技能の研修生」は違法に働いています。

しかし、「技能の研修生」が逃げるときは、祖国に残した「両親」を「見捨てる」ときです。
