土曜版、2019年2月02日 :
（ファーウェイ）の副会長兼（ＣＦＯ）の「Meng Wanzhou」の逮捕は
中国当局による「カナダ人の拘束」という“人質外交”にまで発展した。
しかし中国政府は、日本政府による貧乏な中国人民の逮捕には関心がない。
共産主義社会では、「金持ち」と「党の幹部」のみの人権が守られる。
国際社会は中国政府の人権思想を非難すべきだ!

拝啓。日本政府は、外国人を「使い捨て」にしている。
違法な労働は1人ではできない。
「正規の在留資格」で滞在している外国人が「在留の資格以外の労働」をすれば犯罪者にします、
そして「強制的に送還」をする。

法律は、在留資格以外で違法に働いた外国人を入管法70条で処罰する。
そして違法外国人を雇用した雇用者を入管法73-2条で処罰する。
しかし、「法の下で統治」が行われない日本では、日本法や国際法を無視する。
違法に働いた外国人だけ処罰して雇用者は処罰しない。
クレイジーだ!多くの外国人が被害者だ。

私は中国政府に中国人民を救済するように言った。
でも、大使館員は中国政府は貧乏な中国人を助けないという。
中国政府は彼らが「大金持ち」なら助けるだろう!
世界から「共産主義」を「絶滅」するべきだ、と私は思った。

中国人　Kin gungaku の被害です。
彼は検察官、裁判官らによる悪質な「虚偽の告訴」及び「職権の濫用」を受けた。
Kin gungaku は「労働の刑、懲役１年半」（parole３年）そして罰金１００万円であった。

Kin gungaku は、肉体的苦痛や精神的苦痛、社会的信用を失い、
ブローカー業の謝礼で手にいれた中華料理店（１０００万円）を失いました。
そして逮捕、拘留、裁判により、彼は「強制退去」をさせられた。
彼はすべての信用、財産や収入、「生活の基盤」などを失うことになったのです。
Kin gungaku のうけた「jail sentence」は中国での人生にも「大きな負担」になります。
検察側が「「再審の請求」をして「prosecuted」を取り下げるべきです。そして「賠償」をすべきです。

日本政府は罪のない中国人を罪人にして、
Kin gungaku　から （罰金）を「徴収」して「国外追放処分」にしたのです。
日本政府は「盗賊」となったのです。

人権に対する考え方は、日本政府も中国政府と同じです。
東アジアはもとが「儒教国家」ですから、人権思想がありません。
「儒教国家」は人の権利は平等ではありません。

皆さん、日本の憲法を知ってください。
世界の国々と同じです。
連合軍（米軍）が敗戦国である日本に与えた素晴らしい憲法です。
日本国憲法　第31条です。
「何人も、法律の定める手続きによらなければ、
その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。」
法律の定める手続とは、国会で成立した法律です。

第七十二条　裁判官の権利と義務

すべて裁判官は、その良心に従ひ、
独立してその職権を行ひ、この憲法及び法律にのみ拘束される。
裁判官は日本国憲法を守りません。
裁判官は日本の法律を無視します。
「起訴状に記載された罪の理由」は入管法22-4-4条の「assistance」です。
判決は、外国人の入管法70条（資格外の労働）に対して、
刑法、60条、62条「aiding and abetting」を適用します。
法の論理を外れています。
日本の司法関係者は、この論理の間違いが理解できません。
現実の日本は、この憲法が「守られていない」のです。助けてください。

Judges ignore Japanese law.

Article 60, Article 62 "aiding and abetting" to the foreign immigration control law Article 70
