しかし多くの「技能の実習生」が「実習の場所」から「逃亡」して「不法な労働」をしています。
今年の４月から３０万人の外国人を「単純労働者」として受け入れます。
彼らの多くは「犯罪人」にされて「強制送還」されます。皆さん、日本の人権侵害から助けてください。

拝啓。法務大臣が与える在留資格は日本国家が「外国人」に与えるものです。
日本政府は外国人には在留資格内の労働に制限します。
しかし、労働の場所は、在留資格を申請した時の「雇用の契約の会社」ではなく、
どこの企業、や団体で働くことは自由です。

仮に、外国人が「内容が虚偽の雇用の契約書類」を提出することで」「在留資格」を得たとします。
しかし外国人が「在留資格」の範囲で働けば入管法70条の「不法な労働」にはなりません。

外国人が入管法70条の「不法な労働」となった「因果関係」は、
働く資格のない外国人を雇用した「事業者」にあります。

このことは、入管法73-2条に「処罰の規定」があります。

中国や日本は「贈収賄」の「習慣」があります。
善良な国民が安心して生活できるように国際社会の支援が必用です。

日本は法律の「groundless」な「司法行政」です。
日本政府は、２０１９年4月から「単純労働者」を30万人、受け入れます。
これは、外国人の被害者がもっと増えることを意味します。

首相官邸には、毎日、同じメールを送信していますが、
いまだに反省がありません。

各国の政府は日本の「司法」の「事実」を国民に知らせて、注意を促すべきです。

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。

しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」しましたが、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。

違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が無罪であるならば、違法に働いた外国人は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．検察が「刑法62条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」を適用する「犯罪の理由」は以下です。
外国人が入管法22-4-4条
（虚偽の書類を提出することによるstatus of residenceの取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「status of residenceの取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法６２条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」は適用できません。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
