2018-11-14:難民、移民を希望する皆様に朗報です。日本は円高で輸出が好調です。
先進国が移民・難民の受け入れを拒否していますが、
日本は来年４月より「単純労働者」として海外より人材を無制限に受け入れます。
貴方たちはアメリカや欧州に行くよりは日本国に行くべきです。
各国の政府やＮＧＯは日本政府が人種、地域などで差別をしないように彼らを支援してください。

拝啓、私は日本人です。私は2つの主張をしています。混乱しないでください。
1つめは、外国人が（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反をした労働の罪」で刑事処罰されました。
しかし彼らを雇用した雇用者は（入管法73-2条）の「違法な労働を支援する罪」で処分されない。
これは外国人だけを意識的に差別する国際法違反です。
「法の下で平等の原則」でも彼らは無罪です。

2つめは、私や外交官らが上記「１つめ」の行為を支援したとして
(刑法の62条)の「他の犯罪を支援した罪」で処罰されたことです。
これは2つの理由で無罪です。

Ａ）１つめ主張で外国人が無罪であれば、
（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反した労働の罪」を支援した者は誰もいません。
私たちは無罪です。
Ｂ）起訴状は、（入管法22-4-4条）の「虚偽の書類の提出による在留資格の取り消し」を支援した理由で、
（刑法の62条）を適用した。
しかし（入管法22-4-4条）は「在留資格の取り消し」であり刑事上の処罰ではありません。
（これは適用法の意識的な違反です）。私たちは無罪です。

２．「内容が嘘偽」の罪名で「因果関係」は「quibble」です
起訴の理由、判決の理由です。
私たちが中国人に「内容が嘘偽の雇用の契約の書類」を中国人に渡した。
それで中国人は「Eligibility for residence」が簡単にとれた。
それで中国人は日本に「Staying」ができた。
それで中国人は「不法な就労」ができた。
それで裁判官は「不法な労働」に対して「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」を適用する、と言う！
日本では、このような「Argument」を「風が吹けば、「桶の店」が「儲かる」」と言います。
この論法を、日本の「ことわざ」では「風が吹けば桶屋（Okeya）が儲かる」と言います。
「風が吹けば「桶の店」（Okeya）が儲かる」とは、日本語の「ことわざ」で、ある「事象」の発生により、
「一見する」と、全く関係がないと思われる「場所・物事」に「影響」が及ぶことの「喩え」である。
現代では、その「論証」に用いられる例が「突飛」であるゆえに、
可能性の低い「因果関係」を「無理矢理繋げて」、出来た、
こじつけ（Kozituke)の理論・言いぐさ」を指すことを言います。

その（Kozituke)の展開は、

1.風が吹くと風で土ぼこりが立つ。
2.土ぼこりが人の目に入ると、盲人が増える。
3.盲人が三味線を買う。
（当時の盲人は三味線を演奏することを職にしていたので楽器の三味線を買う））
4.三味線に使う猫皮が必要になり、猫が殺される。
（三味線の皮は猫皮を使っていた）
5.猫が減れば、天敵の鼠が増える。
6.天敵がいないので鼠が増え、鼠は桶(oke)をかじる
7.桶(oke)の「需要」が増える、と桶屋(OkeYa)が儲かる。
（桶(oke)がかじられると「穴があく」ので、桶(oke)として使えないので、新しい桶(oke)を買う））

桶=oke（tub,vat,bucket,container,piggin）とは、容器の一種である。
昔は 木製だった。
鼠は、歯が伸び続けるのでその歯を削るために、固い何かを食べる。
桶=okeは木でできており、木は固いため、ネズミは桶=okeをかじります。
何故、桶=okeなのか、と言えば、こじつけ（Kozituke）です。
「桶」=okeとは、（tub,vat,bucket,container,piggin）
「桶屋」=okeyaとは、「桶」=okeを製造する者、販売する者
「こじつけ」＝Kozitukeとは、（quibble,odge,hicanery, sham, prevarication, hanky-panky）
シナリオはいくつもあります。
貴方の好きなシナリオを作ってください。

判決文は冗談ではないのですよ。日本の公文書ですよ。
「日本の「支援の罪」」は、こんな「Argument」で適用するのです。

and is not criminal penalty.
(This is a conscious violation of applicable law). We are innocent.
