しかし現在起きている「入管法違反」の韓国人被害者の「人権侵害問題」は言いません。
現在、苦しんでいる国民を守るべきです。
韓国は国際法に無知な国家です。私は「教養のある韓国人の出現」を待つしかない。

拝啓、私は日本人です。私は2つの主張をしています。混乱しないでください。
1つめは、外国人が（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反をした労働の罪」で刑事処罰されました。
しかし彼らを雇用した雇用者は（入管法73-2条）の「違法な労働を支援する罪」で処分されない。
これは外国人だけを意識的に差別する国際法違反です。
「法の下で平等の原則」で、も、彼らは無罪です。

2つめは、私や外交官らが上記「外国人の違法な労働」の行為を支援したとして
(刑法の62条)の「他の犯罪を支援した罪」で処罰されたことです。
これは2つの理由で無罪です。

Ａ）１つめ主張で外国人が無罪であれば、
（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反した労働の罪」を支援した者は誰もいません。
私たちは無罪です。

Ｂ）起訴状は、（入管法22-4-4条）の「虚偽の書類の提出による在留資格の取り消し」を支援した理由で、
（刑法の62条）を適用した。
しかし（22-4-4条）は「在留資格の取り消し」であり刑事上の処罰ではありません。
（これは適用法の意識的な違反です）。
私たちは無罪です。

私の英語の能力では、警察官との会話が「表現」できません。
でも可能な限り読んでください。

連日、同じように、彼らは私の妻を侮辱した言葉を発したり、「恫喝」や「罵声」を浴びせたりした。
私の妻への侮辱とは、
例えば、「やくざの口調」で「あんたの奥さんは「Taisita Tama」だよな」.。品が悪いので英訳しません。
Ｌ社は「計画倒産」だ。

お前に「Right to remain silent」はあるが、
お前が「Right to remain silent」を使うと、「裁判で不利になるぞ。」
弁護士に聞いてもいいぞ、まともな弁護士なら、「そうだ」と言うぞ。
それでも、声を振り絞って、弁護士に聞いたら「Right to remain silent」はあるといわれた、
今は、「Right to remain silent」より、「体調が悪くて」、
「話ができない」ので「I want you to forgive me」というが、
「お前の弁護士は、頭が「おかしい」のじゃないのか。
「刑事の裁判」を知らないんじゃないのか。教科書とは違うんだ！」

各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。
