メキシコ国境沿いを「特別地帯」にして「工場」を守るための「壁」は必用だ!　
米国民主党は賛成して欲しい。

拝啓。私はドナルドトランプ大統領が「主張」する「メキシコの壁」の建設は必要だと思います。
しかし、私はアメリカ側の砂漠を守るために高額な「壁」を建設することは「疑問」です。

皮肉なことに、不法侵入のメキシコ人を「砂漠での死」から守る「人道的な壁」であれば、
米国民主党は賛成するだろうか?

私は提案します。
「米国を再び世界の工場」にするために、メキシコ国境に沿って「特別地帯」を作ります。
「特別地帯」に中南米からの「貧民」を「暫定移民」として「受け入れ」します。
「暫定移民」は「低賃金の労働者」として「特別地帯」の工場で「雇用」します。
この「特別地帯」の工場を守るために「壁」が必要です。
砂漠を守るためではありません、工場を守るための壁です。

壁ができるまでは米軍の「実戦」の「訓練」として「アパッチヘリコプター」で、
「Reconnaissance flight」をします。
米軍は「侵入者」を見つけたら「Threat」の「shooting」をして「侵入者」を逮捕します。

米国の民主党が主導する下院は4月５日、
トランプ大統領の「国家非常事態宣言」に基づいて政権が
「メキシコ国境」の「壁建設」を進めるのは合衆国の憲法に違反するとした。
メキシコ国境壁の問題は「米国の下院」と「共和党の政権」の「Court battle」に「発展」した。

ドナルドトランプ大統領は、メキシコ国境との壁の建設を約束した。
しかし、ドナルドトランプ大統領は「海外」から「仕事」を「奪い返す」ことも約束した。
これは多くの白人労働者が望んでいることです。

米国経済は不法就労者に頼って成長してきた。
不法労働者の問題に取り組んできた多くは研究者が言います。
政府が「不法移民」を廃除すれば「米国人労働者」が失業し、
会社が「倒産」して、「経済」が「Reduction」することになりかねない、と言う。

農場、造園業、建設業などの「現場労働」、食品加工業などの「工場労働」、
「レストランなどサービス業」での「労働」などで不法移民の「存在」がアメリカ経済を支えている。
これらの労働は白人が嫌う労働です。

ドナルドトランプ大統領はこれらの「仕事」を白人労働者が「やるべきだ」、と言いたいのだろうか?

もしこのようなことを言うと、次の大統領選挙は落選間違いなしです。

ドナルドトランプ大統領は偉大な実業家の経歴です。
だから２年前、大統領は「不法移民」との共存を主張しました。
アメリカの不法移民問題は、欧州の移民問題とは違います。
私は法の下での統治を主張しています。
現在の「不法移民」は合法化を検討すべきです。
矛盾した政策を続けるのは「無能」です。

ドナルドトランプ大統領は「法の支配を回復する」と言っています。
私は日本が「法の支配」で政治をすることを願っています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
これは日本政府による「国際的」な「人権侵害」です。
私たちの「honorの回復と賠償」が行われるように、皆様のご支援をお願いします。

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。

しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処罰」しましたが、「雇用者」を「処罰」していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして「恣意的」に外国人だけを「処罰」することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。

違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が「無罪」であるならば、違法に働かされた外国人も「無罪」です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．検察が「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、
入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の
「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」することは「クレイジー」です。
これは法の論理が狂っている。

外国人が入管法22-4-4条
（虚偽の書類を提出することによるstatus of residenceの取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「status of residenceの取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法の60条および62条の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
「起訴状」が指摘する入管法22-4-4条の「犯罪の理由」は入管法70条とは因果関係がない。
まったく、法の論理が狂っている。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
