2019-04-16:「不法移民」の「 opposition faction」は
「不法移民」の「 supporters」からの「（人道に反する）悪人の 扱い」に激しく怒っている。
ドナルドトランプ大統領は「 opposition factionの感情」を「求心力」として利用しようとしている。
だから複雑です。

拝啓。ドナルドトランプ大統領は偉大な実業家です。
当然、彼は「不法移民」の「 supporters」です。
現在の「不法移民」（不法滞在者）は、「最低賃金以下」で労働してアメリカ経済を支えています。
彼らは「所得税を払っている存在」としてアメリカの「産業構造」の中で重要な位置を占めているからです。
トランプグループの企業でも「不法移民」をたくさん雇用していると思います。

ドナルドトランプ大統領を支持する「不法移民」の「 opposition faction」の人々は、
自分たちの雇用を不法移民に奪われているという「怒り」ではない。
「トランプの支持者」は、少なくとも肉体労働を「やりたい」人々ではないからです。
オバマやヒラリーが、あるいはブッシュやマケインが、
違法に「アメリカに入国」してきた「犯罪者のsupporter」をしました。
「不法移民」の「 opposition faction」は彼らの追放を主張しました。
すると、「不法移民」の「 supporters」は「不法移民」の
「 opposition faction」を「不法移民」の敵」としました、
すなわち「人道」に反する「悪人」のように彼らを「攻撃」したのです。

「不法移民」の「 opposition faction」の追放理由には「犯罪」だけでなく
「racial discrimination」があると思います。
しかし米国人が「racial discrimination」を言うわけにはいきません。
それで彼らは不法移民の「犯罪」を「強調」したのだと思います。
彼らは「黒人」や「ヒスパニック」が嫌いなのです。

「メキシコとの国境の壁」の建設も同じだと思います。

移民を活用した「アメリカ第一」を「推進」して欲しいと思います。
私は、ドナルドトランプ大統領は「sensibleな大統領」なので「不法移民」との「共存」を、
考えていると思います。

そのために私は、メキシコとの国境沿いに「特別地帯」を建設することを提案しています。
中南米からの「貧民」を「特別地帯」に「暫定移民」」として受け入れて一定期間後に
「正式な移民」として「米国の各地」で、働くことを可能にします。

欧州の各国も、「貧民」や「難民」を「特別地帯」で受け入れることを「検討」してください。
これは「各国の利益」になると同時に、「貧民」や「難民」を「救済」することになります。

移民問題は世界の問題です。日本の入管法は「異常」です。
しかし、日本の司法はあまりにも「恣意的」です。
とても理解できないと思いますが、理解をする努力をしてください。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
これは日本政府による「国際的」な「人権侵害」です。
私たちの「honorの回復と賠償」が行われるように、皆様のご支援をお願いします。

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。

しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処罰」しましたが、「雇用者」を「処罰」していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして「恣意的」に外国人だけを「処罰」することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。

違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が「無罪」であるならば、違法に働かされた外国人も「無罪」です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．検察が「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、
入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の
「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」することは「クレイジー」です。
これは法の論理が狂っている。

外国人が入管法22-4-4条
（虚偽の書類を提出することによるstatus of residenceの取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「status of residenceの取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法の60条および62条の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
「起訴状」が指摘する入管法22-4-4条の「犯罪の理由」は入管法70条とは因果関係がない。
まったく、法の論理が狂っている。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
